We dropped off our bike in May, explained that the display was blinking and drawing from the…read morebattery. We had already replaced the battery and told the service tech that the battery was new. A week later they called and said they replaced the battery and that wasn't the problem. We had told them the battery was new and wasnt the problem. They then said it was the radio and they would have to send it out to be rebuilt. We asked if they had done a diagnostic on all other areas and they said yes. The rebuilt radio came back and they said the display was blinking more often than before. We asked if they checked if it was the display and if so could they replace it. They asked if we wanted to fix the bike ourselves. Are you kidding me. You've had my bike for three months and just admitted you didn't check the most obvious thing first. My husband was upset, asking them what they were going to do and for more frequent updates and by no means was he yelling, and service tech said come get your bike and hung up on us. He hung up on us. Unbelievable . We called to speak to the shop or service manager and we are waiting for their call back.

From the phone conversations, which actually brought us in as they were so very pleasant to the in-store communications, the service is genuine and family oriented. So I will preface this by saying that we had several other Harley Davidson dealers wanting our business, even one close to home, yet we were drawn to Timms because of how amicable they were from step 1. Once we arrived, a little early, the staff was on point with introductions and attentiveness. We were met by Casey in Sales. Very calm, attentive, and genuine. He is just so nice, I cannot stress it enough. Even after we left the store on any call to him, he is just A1. I will use the word genuine often because I cannot depict the staff in any other way. Casey showed us around the entire store which was very impressive. The store was clean and nostalgic. There is even a barber shop in there that is open for business. We met the stylist with her dog "Ghost", happily trotting about the store. We were then introduced to a person in each department who gladly answered any questions we may have had. Chad worked with us in parts and knew his stuff! Ashley worked with us in Motor-clothes and graciously helped us find just the perfect jackets for the weather. Then there was Stacie in Finance....what a joy to work with her. She was funny and intriguing and willing to help out in any way possible to make us happy customers. That she did. My husband walked out with a Harley Fat Boy and we were more than thrilled. Stacie made us so relaxed that we felt like a part of the family, (which we now are), right away. By the way, shout out to her hubby who also assisted my hubby with some knowledge. The day finally culminated with a party for us where all staff members came down the line and congratulated us on a purchase, hubby rang the bell and after the ceremony, we were officially a part of the Harley Fam, specifically Timms Harley Davidson. They are so warm and inviting, if you are looking for a Harley Dealership, take the drive. They are not hard-core salespeople but they really know their product. Thanks again, we will be back for the First Thursday of the month party during the warmer months. We are lifetime customers. Back around 2019 I took a Honda manual 5 speed transmission in for repair. All Trans found the…read moreproblem to be a worn out input shaft bearing, and the transmission was repaired for a reasonable price. Several thousand miles later, I discovered that the transmission had been leaking fluid, so I replaced the axle seals (relative simple procedure) hoping that would stop the leak. Early last week the car refused to shift into reverse, and I found that the fluid was once again low. Refilling the fluid made no difference, so I pulled the transmission - and this time, disassembled it myself. I found the problem to be that a plastic "oil gutter" had fallen to the bottom of the transmission, and fouled the shift forks. During assembly, the "oil gutter" is supposed to be bonded in place. preventing it from later coming loose. Also, it appears that the fluid had been leaking past the input shaft seal; Honda's shop manual instructs the installer to wrap tape around the input shaft spline *before* pushing the input shaft through the seal, to avoid damaging the seal lip. I am pretty sure that this precaution was not taken by All Trans. To summarize, back in 2019 I removed a manual transmission and took it to All Trans for expert repair. I have since discovered that two assembly errors caused me to have to pull the transmission again (ugh!), and fix it myself this time.

He jumped right on it and had me going in no time. A week or so ago, after seeing the jack leg wiring on my recently purchased Sporty, I took it to him.
