We asked for unedited photos twice and was told we would get them and never did. 6 month session was quick, rushed and we didn't even save or print a single photo from that session. We just didn't like them. 12 month session was scheduled, and I had paid 2/3 of the bill. I didn't want to pay all of it until closer to the 12 month, anyway we had been in contact 3 times with Kailey about our 12 month session, one was two weeks before the session. The day before session I reached out to be sure it was still on, and was told she never bought a cake because I hadn't paid the last bit of money I owed. I then said we literally just talked, why wouldn't you mention that or text me so I could have paid? She scrambled to get it ready, but we ended up canceling it altogether. I feel bad saying this but we just cannot recommend. Better experiences are all over in the area.
