Second weekend doing the same house I figured the prices would be decent since second day they Mark everything half price, I was very very wrong. As a costumer I spent close to an hour going through piles of mold and mildew riddled clothing in the basement only to get to the register and be told all of this stinky stained ripped and holey clothing would cost me FIVE DOLLARS EACH the main focus being a pair of mold and mildew riddled leather pants I wasn't even sure could be saved and a moth eaten equally mildewed sailors uniform. I left it all there and walked out. I should add the $5 items came to about $25 so the rest of the outrageous price tag applied to the dirty stinky moldy sailors uniform and leather pants. It would be funny if it wasn't so obnoxious. Consider yourself warned and if you do go never assume anything and check prices before you waste your time.

I went up to the woman running the sale and she said if they aren't there someone must have bought them. BS! No one was at that table when I arrived. Felt like a bait and switch. When I got home I looked at the pictures of the sale again and a lot of items pictured were not at the sale. That's fine - I get it people change their minds but at least be honest about it and maybe update the photos. I don't live around the corner and wouldn't have gone if these items weren't pictured. Also, prices are extremely high! I understand that they are working for the owners/family but they are out of touch and clueless with pricing. I did purchase a few things...what should have been more wasn't and what should have been way less wasn't so for me it kind of balanced out. BTW - not the first time going to one of her sales. Never says thank you or any words period when handing her money. She is very rude and has no problem with complaining about customers right in front of others.

Anyway she asked if her & a friend could look at merchandice which consisted of alot of costume jewelry. They came & looked thru stuff picked out some jewelry & 2 7" Tiffeny&Co. candlesticks & aTiffany&Co pouch containing a new bracelit that is inscribed with If found please return to Tiffany&Co. 925 on front. anyway i sold 2 candlesticks to other women for $30 thinking they were only worth $52 on her phone & I sold bracelet to dealer for $50 not knowing there true worth. Afterwards I went on Tiffany&Co. website to check the prices feeling suspicious. The candlesticks were actually worth $200 & bracelet $250. I called dealer to get them or get more money for them. She brought back candlesticks ok but when it came to bracelet she brought back one in an old blue pouch. It was so tarnished you could hardly read the inscription insisting it was mine. She refuses to return my brand new one back. They also purchased some costume jewelry & 2 vintage perfume decanters. But she asked to see sterling silver jewelry i had downstairs which was a mistake on my part leaving them alone. They put together a small bag of jewelry which I'm sure is not all they took. But I have no proof. This dealer is highly unscrupulous &devias I wouldn't recommend her to sell anything of value for me. So please heed my warning before choosing this co.to liquidate your estate!!!

Maybe I look shady, but it happens to me every time I go there. Also, the prices are all retail so you're not gonna get any bargains, but you will be able to get niche items that you don't really see. So it's like a high-end garage sale with higher prices and staff who think you might be shoplifting.

Someone from a group I belong to mentioned that the owner will buy just about anything 'antique' so I brought in three items / signs to hang on the wall. One was a Budweiser glass bar sign that needed cleaning, one was a fabric map of Long Island that also needed cleaning and one was a large nautical themed item with TITANIC on it. The owner said with the cleaning involved he could give me $30 for all three. My late husband acquired these so I had no idea what they were worth, I counted on being give a fair price. I went into the store today and there was the Titanic sign hanging up with a price of $175 needless to say I was not pleased and left without the item I had intended to buy. So if you're looking for a bargain you may get it there but I'd caution anyone to be careful about selling anything there. I take full responsibility for not doing more research and being too trusting
