I didn't owe this practice a dime.Until I wrote another google review about them.Well, they don't answer calls.I needed an appointment.I was an established patient.I was caught up on all costs.Which my insurance always covers one hundred percent of my hygiene bills.And that's all i've ever had, but because I put a google review in that they didn't like all of a sudden, they sent me to collections.And made up a ninety dollar bill, which I have proven to the collections agency, which must be a third rate scam company, just like dr.Barbosa, is that I don't owe them anything, and I just got a second collections, bill. Secondly, understand your insurance benefits and pay close attention to your EOBs. I discovered that I was being consistently overcharged and when I spoke with the office manager to elicit her insight and reconciliation, my questions and concerns were met with animosity and, ultimately, I was discharged as a patient.

They are knowledgeable about the latest dental techniques and the office is very comfortable. I don't have dental insurance so it is expensive (coming out of my pocket,) but it is WELL worth it! Once you check your child in, you are to wait in your car until they text when your child is finished. When exiting the building, wipes are provided with a notice encouraging patrons to use one to exit. Once I received the text my son was finished, I was greeted by the dentist to show me important areas to pay attention to on my son's x-rays. Dr. Hanway was personable and made the visit helpful and efficient. The entire staff is sweet and kind, which is necessary in a pediatric geared business. I am happy to say our switch to another dentist was a smooth transition and we are happy with the change!
