The staff that sees my son and takes care of him are amazing. The front desk and office staff are not pleasant and have made me change my mind about continuing services. I have never been disrespected and treated as poorly as I am there. They will not schedule appointments until payments are made even when they are not late and/or due on that day. They do not allow payments to me made online and there are people that work away and can not always be in the office on the first. On Dec 2nd I called to schedule appointment that they failed to schedule on November 2nd. I was told it could not be scheduled until my payment was made and she stated "even though it is not late." I work in 8 counties in the Big bend area and I am not always available to run into the office. If they allowed online payements this would not be an issue. If he is late with his appointment this month I will make other arrangments for treatment. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Smileworks. Dr. Long and his staff really go above and beyond to make every appointment an ease. My child's regular dental hygienist, Katrina, keeps the fear of dental visits at bay, explaining each step and interacting with my kids in an informational, educational, yet playful manner that's always fun for my children. Dr. Long and Dr. Rodriguez are the most two amazing doctors you will ever meet In the area of orthodontics. For the past 3 years they have been my family's orthodontists and I have to share with the world that they are the best when it comes to professionalism. From the 1st call to the check out, the entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! My children and myself felt very welcomed and was treated with the upmost in customer care!
