When they did call in the Rx, they called it in with no refills. Each month it has taken multiple phone calls to get a new Rx, and they have never correctly added refills. Pharmacy says that their faxes remain unresponded to until I call then to alert them that the pharmacy is waiting for a reply. -When I recently called AGAIN about a refill, they said I would need another appointment. Made the appointment, confirmed it two days before, went into find that the PA-C had gone on maternity leave. They had forgotten to cancel the appointment. Had to make a new appointment a week later. -Because I would need another rx refill before the new appointment, they said they would call it in for me. They did not. -While dealing with the insurance mess this week, I realized that I could make an account online and view my medical records. I saw that they had never informed me that the July test results indicated that I had a thyroid disorder. It's been a long 8 months, and I could cry over the waste. Diagnoses had been entered into my chart, but they never told me. They have not done one single thing right.

Meeting a new Doctor and a different location buy same organization…read more My wife and I moved to Cornelius in October of 1995, One of the first things we did when we moved in was get a new Doctor or Medical Office. We decided on Lakeside which was Dr. David Cook and two other in practice on West Catawba Ave in Cornelius NC. The practice had just been formed in September 1995 so we were some of the original patients. My first impression of Dr. Cook when I met him was "Doogie Houser is alive and well" Lakeside grew and prospered and became part of Novant shortly after Presbyterian Hspt in Charlotte and Wake Forest Medical in Winston Salem combined and became Novant. They grew into multiple locations and Dr. Cook moved his office to the Langtree Location in Mooresville and we followed until he left Novant/Lakeside and joined the Holston Medical Group. That lasted for awhile until he left Holston and apparently due to a non-compete was unable to practice for a number of months. In July 2020, we moved to Denver NC were without a Medical Practitioner so we went back to Lakeside in Cornelius and became a patient of Dr. Tania Menz and were really satisfied with the care she provided. About three months ago, we were notified that Dr. Mena and her husband who is also a Dr. had decided to move back to Mass. effective June 30. We asked for recommendations and ended up with Dr. Jeff Many who is out of their Denver office only about a mile away. My wife saw him for the first time in early July and I saw him a week ago at the Denver Office. Very nice office and the provide a lot of services but being part of the Lakeside/Novant System, they have access to a lot more. Dr. Many is very through and efficient and does a good job putting you at ease and at the same time, explaining every thing t you. I go back for blood work of Wednesday but that was to be expected since he is does not know my profile other that from the charts and tests and also more importantly, it's been almost a year since I have had blood work done. Office if very nice and very efficient Note that masks are still required but they will give you one if you do not have one.
