New to the area and went in for a physical in July because I was struggling…read morewith fatigue and joint pain, and also needed to have a long-time Rx refilled. -East Lincoln Primary filed the appointment with our insurance incorrectly, and we are still dealing with getting the bill covered (8 months later). -They said they would call in the Rx with refills, and did not. When they did call in the Rx, they called it in with no refills. Each month it has taken multiple phone calls to get a new Rx, and they have never correctly added refills. Pharmacy says that their faxes remain unresponded to until I call then to alert them that the pharmacy is waiting for a reply. -When I recently called AGAIN about a refill, they said I would need another appointment. Made the appointment, confirmed it two days before, went into find that the PA-C had gone on maternity leave. They had forgotten to cancel the appointment. Had to make a new appointment a week later. -Because I would need another rx refill before the new appointment, they said they would call it in for me. They did not. -While dealing with the insurance mess this week, I realized that I could make an account online and view my medical records. I saw that they had never informed me that the July test results indicated that I had a thyroid disorder. It's been a long 8 months, and I could cry over the waste. Diagnoses had been entered into my chart, but they never told me. They have not done one single thing right.

This is specific to the urgent care service…read more The experience in the office was great but the follow up has been awful. My son was seen Monday for possible strep. Sent off for a culture to confirm and as of today (Thursday) the results aren't back. I called Wednesday to check, nothing. I called Thursday at 8am to check again, still no results. I let them know he now has while blisters on his tonsils and isn't getting better. We need answers & a prescription called in regardless of the culture results. At 2pm I called back because I had not received a return call still. It's after 4pm and still no call. We have since gone to another urgent care and they called him in a strong antibiotic as it's a bacterial infection. I will never use this urgent care again. Doctor & all staff were extremely kind & timely but the after care has been unbelievably terrible.

Also got charged $100  for an office visit due to discussing my previous diagnosis of psoriasis and asked for a refill of medication. My previous provider never charged extra for labs or my diagnosis of psoriasis. She is looking to charge you for anything she can. Barely took her time to talk to me. Rushed in and out and then charged me for a routine wellness visit. She is terrible and I will never see her again. I'm a nurse and this is horrible care.
