I usually attend courses in Orange, it's closer to home, and although I feel that most of the SureFire instructors have been awesome, I felt like I retained and learned more during this particular class! Thank you again Karen & I'm appreciative of the wonderful learning environment provided by SureFire.. Note: a pro over Orange office location is the proximity of the parking -- and the proximity of the bathroom although it's single "stall" :)

In this case, Prime Solutions for Life made my experience so much more enjoyable than what I was expecting. Let's just be up front with each other...who really has time or looks forward to renewing their certifications? Not me. But we have no choice as health care providers and we must renew our cards every two years. So , I made an appt to get my class out of the way. The instructor's name is Trudi. There were only two students in my class, but she did not cancel the class because she believes strongly in keeping her appointments. She also believes in making your money worth the trip. She is very thorough and goes through everything and answers questions. She is so polite and never makes anyone in her class feel stupid or inferior. She also explains when you are doing something wrong but not in a callous or demeaning way. It's only so that we can learn and do things more efficiently which I appreciate. In addition to her excellent teaching skills, she also had water and snacks available to students (which I was not expecting). Her class was very organized and she gave us a few breaks. The classroom set up was very well done. It was clean and well maintained. It was clear to me that her job was meaningful to her and she thought of every way she could possibly make her class more enjoyable and more tolerable. Essentially she went above and beyond what was expected of her and she did not have to do anything other than teach a class. The time went by pretty fast and the other student and I worked together and made the most out of our time. I have taken other classes, even at the local hospital, and none of those classes were as well put together as this one. I appreciated the fact that she was making sure we got the most out of our money and time and that she kept my appointment even though there were only two of us present for the class. She puts a lot of effort into her classes and is the sweetest lady. It is a great education and it is so nice of her to be giving back to the community of Yucaipa. Trudi did not ask me to write this review. In fact, she is not even allowed to ask for students to write these reviews. I was so impressed with her generosity and kindness that I asked her if there was any way that I could let someone know that I liked her class, and I told her I wanted to write this review. I did this on my own and I hope others will choose this location should they choose to get a CPR card for the first time or if they are looking for a way to renew their CPR card or ACLS. It's worth your money and she will make it worth your time. Thanks Trudi for treating students the way they should be treated and for putting more effort into your class than is necessary. Instruction was good. answered all my "what if" questions and Corrected my mistakes courteously…read more Only thing I would say that was a big factor in giving less than 5stars was the fact that while I was given instruction by an employee in a different room, another worker ,I assume the owner, would yell instruction from the back office to supplement the instruction given from time to time. I was annoyed, and it really took away from the instructor in the room- almost discrediting them.

The way she explained everything made it easy to understand and remember, and I walked out feeling confident that I could actually use what I learned in a real situation. The environment was comfortable and welcoming, and the whole class had a really positive vibe. It didn't feel boring or intimidating like some trainings do, it was fun, interactive, and super informative. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back here when it's time for my renewal. Highly recommend!

She was really engaging. As a teacher/ coach i have taken tons of online cpr classes. This being my first hands on class i was worried about it being dry and boring. Absolutely not. I enjoyed the class so much that I decided to get re-certified through the company again. I am now certified in first aid CPR and basic life support (BLS). Tommie was very flexible with accommodating my schedule and was able to do a one on one session due to my busy work schedule. Tommie is very professional and has a passion in what she does. She makes learning fun and enjoyable and provides constant feedback throughout the class. I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Every class I had was full of information, broken down and explained. We learned by example and hands on. If you are debating on becoming a CNA, ICARE Academy is the best place to get licensed. They offer services to help you meet the requirements such as CPR CERTIFICATION. I did CPR with them and was by far a wonderful experience too. My CNA CLASS, was phenomenal our teacher Mrs. April made us all understand material to the point we can respond with no doubt and full of confidence. Mrs. Christine also made time to break down material we needed further explanation. In one month I became a CNA and adopted my new ICARE ACADEMY FAMILY. Truly, makes you push yourself but knowing they will NOT let one of their family fail. Even after graduation they allow us to come in a practice for our state. NO OTHER SCHOOL DOES THAT.
