Couldn't be happier I chose this place to renew my BLS/CPR. I can honestly say that before I was not fully confident in performing CPR. I could never fully grasp the concept as fast as others did. I understand now! Classes are smaller here, and our instructor, Anna was able to connect with us better. I got to ask questions, (which I normally don't do, yikes!) and of course hands on training. Anna was so patient and understanding! I hope and wish that I can renew my card again with her. Equipment is brand new and in great condition, the place was also sparking clean. Anna was the best CPR instructor that I have ever had! She was very informative and knowledegable with the topic she was teaching. She answered each one of my questions. In addition, Anna accommodated me rescheduling the class when I discovered that I was sick the week prior. Anna really helped me grasp the material and learn it easily, which is something I had never experienced while learning in a BLS class. She was very great and it was a the perfect learning environment. I will definitely continue to renew my BLS with Anna for several several more years to come. This is my 4th time getting Live Scan fingerprints taken, but I was dreading the process because it's always frustrating. The workers who typically do the scanning are rarely pleasant or friendly. But this place was AMAZING! Anna was so patient and nice, and clearly explained the paperwork and let me check it after she was done. She also instructed me to do the prints clearly and without getting irritated when the prints had be redone a few times. I had originally gone to a place in San Bernardino, but they were closed. I am so glad I ended up going here instead! If you look on the state site that has the list of locations fo Live Scan and see cheaper places, do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for better service and a cleaner environment! Do not go here!!! The owner stole my $65. I was struggling to find the location. I was in the parking lot of the cpr class. I walked in about 10 mins late. The teacher was so rude and she is the owner a very mean, older, chubby woman with a Karen cut (Anna). She would not let me into the class. Which was utterly ridiculous because there was only 1 other student in the class. This class was for renewing my cpr card. She told me to leave and she told me she would not refund the $65 class fee. I tried to explain to her that I work 2 jobs at the hospital and a cancer center and my cpr card was about to expire in a few days. She refused to ever refund the money and she pocketed my $65. She told me "too bad". So, I wasted my gas and time driving to Highland from Rancho Cucamonga. I got in my car and called "CPR and More" in Rancho Cucamonga and luckily they had a class for $50 that same day. Something is wrong with the owner of this CPR company and she acts like a bitter old hag. She's a horrible person to not refund my money. I'm a single mother working two jobs. Do not support her business. Go somewhere else. I'd give her cpr company negative 10 stars!!! read more
