Dr. Kamyar diagnosed me with fistulizing Crohn's disease and been with every single step of the way. While it can be tough to get on his schedule, he is beyond worth it. When the wait grows long, it's because he cares about his patients and gives each patient the time that they need. The burden of the wait is well worth the time he takes to listen to his patients. He is an excellent physician!!! Such a kind man with a great sense of humor! I was in severe pain and repeatedly expressed that to Dr. Natasha Boydstun and Nurse Brenda. My pain was dismissed from the beginning. I was told to "just take Tylenol and ibuprofen" and that was the extent of their pain management plan. After receiving a tetanus shot (my first since 1998), I was told I would be sent home with basic bandaging supplies and Surgifoam for aftercare. They never gave it to me. Let me be clear: when someone is in severe pain and likely in shock, it is not their responsibility to remind medical staff to provide the supplies they themselves said they would give. That is basic follow-through and basic care. When my pain worsened, I called multiple times asking for help. Instead of addressing it, I was told I would need to go to the ER to be reevaluated for the same pain I had reported from the start. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no urgency. I have never felt so dismissed by a medical team in my life. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone seeking basic competent and compassionate care. Ironically, my pharmacist showed more compassion and concern than the medical team who treated me. She took the time to listen and speak to me kindly, something I never received at this urgent care. And honestly, after this experience, it's no surprise the ratings for this location are so low. I would NOT recommend being seen by either of those two medical so-called professionals to anyone in the community seeking urgent care.

They called me once my insurance authorized the appointment and scheduled a consultation for the procedure. The building was easy to find and the private parking lot had loads of parking. I checked in and was given a clipboard with a few pages of questions to fill out. A few patients left and were called back to the exam rooms. I waited about 15 minutes to be called. Went into a room with Dr. Reddy's PA. She was great. She explained what I would expect and how to prepare for the appointment. She went through my medical history and confirmed what I filled out. She let me know next steps. It was a great way to alleviate people's concerns about this procedure. I appreciated this consultation. Thank you. Dr. Reddy!

Patient visited on time even though there were other patients in the waiting room as well. I liked they had magazines health related so I could learn more about the topics they deal with. Front desk was fast and cordial as well as lovely Physician Assistant Margaret Pan, she was great informing every step before procedure. At the end, the checkout was smooth too and was able to talk to scheduling to avoid confusion to my client as they do colonoscopies in 3 different locations, and it was important to have all the details very well sorted out.
