I worked there for 7 years and was fired for getting into a texting argument with Jacob which he started and I have the text to prove it....as lead foreman I was sent to jobs with half the people eric said he would send. Which makes me stuck in the middle as lead. I told the customers if I didnt show up with the amount of people I was supposed to or the equipment I was supposed too then I had no problem showing them my work text for the night before the job. Why should I cover my boss when he literally did nothing for me. When someone stole copper from him on a job which included his 2 top guys, I was the only 1 who gave the guy up. He only fired that guy because he gave him 3 different excuses about what happened. He didnt believe me because I didnt have a Pic to prove it. Crazy how your copper goes missing and you need a Pic to prove it even though 2 people told you he said to tell you that he forgot the copper. Eric has no morals. He only cares about himself and his kids making sure they can live off his company without actually putting in work. I cant tell you how many times I walked into the office during work hours and Austin who is supposed to be getting us jobs is sleeping or on Facebook during work hours let alone being at home half the day taking care of his kids vs doing his job!!! Jacob was getting paid hourly but then started getting paid salary like his brother and was on Snapchat shooting birds and golfing during the week while everyone else has to hope they get 40 hours a week to pay their bills. U shouldn't be an owner if you cant separate family from work!!! When u buy a boat in November and tell your employees you cant afford to give them a Christmas bonus beacuse they caused you money throughout the year how is it you can afford to buy a knew boat and park it in the shop and rub that in their faces??? He lied to unemployment about why he fired me and didnt even show up to the meeting because he had no proof that he fired me for being late which was a lie.
