From the initial call, Ken and his team looked in their inventory to confirm the stock of my requested shoe size and colors to ensure there were multiple items to try on. When I made the trip to the store, Ken was welcoming, knowledgeable about the Sanitas, and all of the shoes they carry as well as the accessories. I purchased some compression socks for flights, and he showed my friend and I an easy way to put them on for our flights. Overall we had a great visit and highly recommend Ken and his team if you are looking for a store with great customer service and selection. Excited to have Sanitas back in my shoe rotation.

I wasn't too excited about going into the mall for just one stop at first, but it ended up being pretty easy. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. This indoor mall is now my fave here.

One staff member was very kind and tried to help by finding boxes, but another employee (possibly the manager) came out, took them out of my hands, and firmly said no. She repeated that I had to select "gift wrap" during online checkout, but from a customer's perspective, after waiting in a long line, receiving 10 gift items stuffed into a small shopping bag was extremely disappointing. I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. I definitely won't be returning after this experience, and I regret not asking for the employee's name (short-haired lady with not-so-fluent English).

Jeff was super helpful, kind, and had amazing customer service skills. So happy we stopped in. If you need winter boots or any other kind, stop in for that huge deal going on this weekend.

I was here for the holidays and the lines went to the back of the store both times that I visited. The merchandise was selling out so quickly. I especially appreciated how the staff was working so hard to get people shoes to try on. The place was so packed and the staff here was very helpful. My advice is to come the first few hours that this store is open, when things are freshly stocked. The ladies section seems to be missing sizes beyond L and that is a problem for women like me who love to buy XL for my fit. Great place to buy special gifts for the athletes in my family, thanks.

The store itself is a hodgepodge of clearance items. Good luck trying to put a cute workout outfit together here because it's pretty much impossible. But what is possible is to find deeply discounted Nike items. Another tip of note - ALL SALES FINAL. They make it very obvious going through the store, signs at the cash register, and the staff let you know before swiping your card. The store has items for all ages. The women's section is pretty underwhelming. All of the clothes are pretty much on circular racks within the store and very close to one another. One rack had sports bras, another had shorts, another had tanks, and another had active outdoor wear. If you dig enough you probably can find a deal. But like I mentioned earlier it's hard finding coordinated outfits because everything is just all over the place. Shoes are in the back while men's is to the right of the entrance. Fitting rooms have 3 stalls and during a busy Saturday afternoon, they were pretty messy. However, staff were very nice and helpful. If you're on the hunt to find a deal then definitely check the store out. Your patience and time will reward you. Park at entry 8 to get here the quickest and the store itself is within district 9.

An employee walked by and watched a woman and her daughters help me put things back and didn't bother to stop. When I got to the cash I had inadvertently picked up the wrong size during housekeeping. So yay the cashier at least verified the size with me. This was after she stopped the transaction to answer the phone--excuse me I'm here and a sure bet for a sale, finish what you start! As I was headed back to get the right size I asked if she could check stock for a particular width. She told me they're all back there and motioned toward the aisles. Why yes they are, stacked like Jenga with 6 point font on the width and color. No wonder all the Birkenstock displays look like a Kindergarten block party. I was so annoyed I left. Correction We went back another time to give it another chance, since Johnston and Murphy shoes are quality shoes. This time we were greeted and attended to like you would expect it from an upscale shoe store. The store Manager and one Sales Associate took the time to understand what we were looking for and to find and optimum fit. We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, plus received one pair for free. The Store Manager apologized for the previous negative sales experience and noted that the error had been corrected as apparently other customers had similar observations. Based on the last visit and experience I decided that 5 stars are appropriate again.
