The price tag was $100.00 (add clothes and it totaled $120.00). A bit steep but how often does a girl get to design her own doll? My daughter really wanted blond hair but there were very few styles to chose from. The saleswoman explained that they had difficulty ordering that hair color. We eventually found something close and my daughter was happy. She then put her together and had lots of fun. It is two days later and the seam of the leg is already coming apart. For the price I paid I am sincerely disappointed. If I lived locally I would attempt a return or ask them to stitch it back up.

Countless times have I bought something and then sent an email because I wanted to know what time it would be shipped or be ready for shipping and I have been ignored, or even Facebook messaged their employees on the Facebook page. I have also received models that clearly have had flaws that should have been noticed as well before they were sent to me. I personally think I will not be doing business with them much anymore and buying second hand due to these interactions.
