Nope you have to do something. I called back and the gal who I spoke to said she could squeeze me in. Luckily I was only 10-15 mins away. As soon as I got there. I had to sign some stuff on an iPad and they got me going with 2 bags of LR. Zofran. TORADOL. Gave me juice. Crackers a vomit bag. The vibe is real. Super cute place. Comfortable reclining couches. I have a feeling only a couple people have actual expertise and experience at this company. Everyone else probably goes by some sort of script. Wanted simple feedback on my recent peptide use. The response was to go to my primary care doctor or they could refer me to one for a fee. Not impressed. Seems to be another place where they wanted to cash in on the lastest trend. A legitimate company would probably staff their salespeople who were knowledgeable about their products - not just reply with general scripted responses, but staff that actually knew the ins and outs of their products before just recommending they see their primary care doctor.

I want to start by saying that I had a very positive experience with the staff. They were always…read morekind, welcoming, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated me. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was different. I came in years ago while dealing with a health issue I had never experienced before. I was understandably very anxious and overwhelmed at the time. I recognize that I was under a great deal of stress, but much of that came from being scared and unfamiliar with what was happening to my health. I was looking for guidance, reassurance, and someone who would listen to what I was experiencing. I was given certain protocols to follow, and I did my best to follow them as instructed. Unfortunately, they did not work for me and actually caused additional issues. What was especially difficult was feeling that my concerns were dismissed because the same approach had worked for other patients. I understand that a treatment may be successful for many people, but every person and every body is different. When something wasn't working for me, I really needed to feel heard and taken seriously. I'm sure the doctor has helped many people and that others may have had very different experiences. I can only speak to my own. For me, the experience left me feeling unheard and invalidated during a time when I was already scared and vulnerable. The appointments were also quite expensive, which added to my disappointment. I hesitated for a long time before writing this because I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after so many years. However, the experience had a lasting impact on me, and I still carry some of those feelings today. I hope that sharing my experience can serve as a reminder of how important it is for patients to feel heard, especially when they are struggling or when a treatment is not working as expected. I genuinely wish the doctor and the practice well, and I remain very grateful to the staff for the kindness they always showed me.

You get asked a few questions about your energy and what you want to focus on and then for acupuncture, they'll check your energy levels. After inserting the needles in, they leave you to it. No music or meditation or chants. Just you, and the car horns outside. I think that's where I'm a little disappointed. Other places I've been either give you one of the two and check in on you. I was just sorta left for I'm assuming was 30 minutes? There's no clocks so I lost track of time. Next few times I came, I was prepared to do some meditation on my own and really focus on my thoughts, breathing and healing. I have pretty decent insurance and so it only came out to about 20 bucks per session and at that price, it goes from a 3 star review to a 4 star. But without that, I could easily rate this a 3 star place. I'll be coming back for sure though. Every where else seems to have a wait list or they aren't as nice. Everyone is super nice. You wont find anyone not happy to be there.

Upon entry, I was greeted by a really nice lady who was able to answer any questions that I had about the holistic medicine practices here. She gave me a pamphlet about how they do very natural and very safe infusions to help support immune systems in also overall very good health practices. I asked a lot of questions maybe about three or four and she made me feel very comfortable about some of the things that they administer to patient. I also thought it was great that she was patient with me and asked me how I heard about the place, I let her know that I had heard about it with Yelp. I do plan to try it after I check with my physician because I have so many allergies. But the lady did reassure me that they take all of those things into consideration before they treat people. They also have a lot of testimonials on Yelp about their reliability and great results for their patient. Everything is professionally done and they seem to do very well with customer service and care. I highly recommend people coming to ask the questions and to get the information that you need from them because they are open to discussing your health, their approaches, and the therapies that they practice. Overall, this was a great visit and I'm glad that I stopped by.

Deb even kept me extra time and made sure I had all the necessary care. We had to cancel our final session as our baby girl came 3 days after the previous one . Deb was always available for us from the first day I called her. I actually wish we went there sooner, closer to my 39 weeks (if you consider going, don't wait. Deb is really gentle and will build up her customized treatment and its intensity gradually to ensure you and baby are both prepared). This was my first experience doing acupuncture and trying Eastern medicine but she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. We were able to focus on trying to naturally induce labor, and I was able to see her twice before my baby came. She was incredibly thoughtful and followed up after my delivery to check-in and see how I was doing. Fast forward to my second baby, I scheduled more regular visits for some other minor complications. Over the course of my visits, she also checked in on other symptoms and helped me feel better with things like congestion and other minor aches. With both babies, I had quick and healthy deliveries! If you're on the fence about trying acupuncture or exploring Eastern medicine, I would strongly recommend Alisa and her practice. She made me feel at ease and well cared for.
