The swamp tour itself was fantastic. Al was a very knowledgeable guide and talked about the cypress trees, ecology of the basin, and was full of fun facts about the animals we saw. I very much appreciated that the tour was pretty quiet as it allowed for a more intimate experience with the swamp With minimal disturbance of the wildlife. It was an easy paddle and there was little to no current so I would say this tour is very novice friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been on guided trips all over the country in many different size boats and types of fishing. Troy's communication ahead of time was great, and we had several phone calls to line up all the details. As luck would have it, high winds rolled in for the days we had booked. Troy's new boat is a beast and he was able to put us on the meat 2 days in a row, despite the weather being less than cooperative.
