The first time I came in he sold me…read morea bowl for my piece saying how strong they were and he had a customer say she drops them all the time...it's glass so it's a silly thing to say but whatever I needed one so I bought it it broke right away. I bought several pieces there that all broke very easily. I've literally never had such an issue before. There was also green coloring that came off of one and my other visits they were just rude. I had to ask for something to be wrapped... it's glass and you work in a smoke shop, respectfully I shouldn't have to ask you to wrap it. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

So I talke to the manager seem like a decent guy but he said no we won't honor it I said can't you check the mailing address no we just send them out randomly well I don't think that's right especially since my neighbor got a card discount and I didn't so they said no I left very upset I've been going there since they started the program when you had to get a medical card to buy I think it was unfair on their part to not work with me I've never had a problem with them until this moment I don't see why it would have hurt them and why they thought I was lying or whatever so I have to drive down the street to the other facility so they could put their five stars up all they want what they did was wrong.
