He was clearly going to hit our vehicle or at minimum take the sideview mirror off, so we honked. The man got out of the U-Haul and approached. In a hostile manner, he told us that he was getting into that space one way or another. When my husband asked why, he told us it was none of our business and we could move or not. A kind and simple explanation that he needed to unload the U-Haul into this boutique would have gone a long way. In fact, we would have moved and walked away with a positive impression of the shop. If this is a reflection of the customer service, best to steer clear of Menley Rose. They have effectively lost my business and I will not be promoting this shop to others.
