In…read moreother words, it's Plato's Closet, but geared more toward 30-50 year-olds rather than 13-30 year-olds. The biggest difference between the two besides the generational shift is that there is no men's section. Prices are about the same, perhaps slightly higher than Plato's Closet. They had a decent clearance going on when I was here, so that was nice. Overall, I wasn't blown away and I thought a lot of the items were overpriced, but it's a clean, pleasant shopping environment and they actually let you try stuff on which is a big bonus during these icky times of Corona. Nothing stood out for me but it's worth a stop if you're looking for a Plato's type of resale clothing experience (and you're a female).

Jessica was kind and provided me with a good timeline on when to return for my sale. I was fairly compensated for my clothing items and it was a LOT easier then coordinating a garage sale!

There really isn't a whole lot else to say about men's clothing, but this place will outfit you better than anywhere in the mall.

I brought some online purchases in to exchange some items and return the others and the young lady could not wrap her mind around how to refund the BOGO deal. The other employee wasn't any help because it was "time for her break" even though she had a line of customers stretching more than half way across the store. The computer wasn't printing receipts that day and we were told they would email it, but I couldn't enter my email address because the signature pad and pen were broken so she entered it for me - after I spelled it four times...I never got the receipt. When I went back two days later to return the uniforms my daughter didn't need, they did not want to refund the purchase, only issue a store credit, because I didn't have the receipt they were supposed to send. lol I'll still shop there for the deals but I'll do a better job of managing my experience with the employees.

This is the first of two Office Depot locations in Lake Charles. The other, formerly an Office Max…read moreor something, is located out by Home Depot. I can't understand why L.C. really needs two Office Depot locations, every time I happen to shop here I can do a headcount on my fingers...including employees. This is probably because I usually am here after 10:00am, when all good secretaries and teachers are working and not shopping. But let me tell you, if you need some organization, home or business office supplies, desks, bookcases, or chairs this is the place to be. For electronics, I'd rather deal with Best Buy, but Office Depot has a nice selection. I believe they will print out posters and such advertising for you which is a bonus. They had friendly customer service, but I like to just shop the aisles and see whats up. Prices were so-so. A-OK
