Fortunately, I checked uBreakiFix locations along the route home and it turned out that there was one on the way. Sadly, it wasn't just gunk in the USB port, but it was corroded enough that it needed replacing, and the parts and labor came to about a hundred and sixty dollars. I was very satisfied with the time it took. From dropping the phone off to completely replacing the USB charger took a little under an hour and a half and then I was on my way. Remarkably quick service and friendly, courteous personnel.

He ordered a new phone for me. When it arrived, I went to trade in my old phone. It was then told to me they would only give $350 for the phone. Emmett is rude and condescending. He stated more than once that he was ready for us to leave and that he will also lie to make a sale. Just be aware and get everything in writing.

I was meant at the door on yesterday by the representative named Blair. He was so helpful in walking my family and I through our old plan and giving us options and also letting us know we qualified for a teacher appreciation discount because I am a teacher. I was coming in to get a new iPhone as mine was ancient and it was time for an upgrade. I was able to trade in my old iPhone and because of the good condition received a very great deal on the trade in. Overall the representatives were so kind and helpful. The environment was clean and all representatives were helping other families. This experience raises the bar 100% to what I expect!
