I recently tried Red Shoe Cakes "Lemon Drop Cake" and it was delicious. I was a little nervous eating a cake with Vodka because first its alcohol and second Vodka doesn't have any taste. Well it works! You only get a hint of the alcohol feel and it makes the cake extremely moist and delightful. The icing on top is the perfect addition to the lemon flavor cake. I have tried Torrance Bakery, Hansen's and Hawaiian Bakery but Red Shoe Cakes has given me a great alternative to the typical cake found elsewhere.
