The Servpro team came in the evening I called, cleaned everything up, my plumbers found the water leak and the Servpro team came back the next day to make sure everything was drying well. They then came back and cleaned again and set us up with their construction team, SunStar Construction to repair the walls and paint. Every thing was done efficiently, and professionally. I highly recommend this company and the Construction team to help you in a restoration job!!

By the time Servpro arrived my wife and i had cleaned up all the standing water. All Servpro did was put blowers in place to dry the surfaces for 2 days and charged me $2,312 for for placing blowers in the bedroom and hallway. I feel this was an excusive charge given how little they did when they arrived. They left after placing the blowers and came back 2 days later to pick the blowers and then tried to sell me on the idea of replacing all of my LVP on the floor. The LVP is water proof and there was no damage to the the flooring. Servpro is a scam company with abusive charges form what they do. If you ever have any damage to your home call someone else.

Unfortunately, it is a Chinese part that must be specially ordered. But, while we wait for this part, he thought he discovered another way to fix the problem and stopped by to try it out, during his busy schedule. If it weren't for the thread count being wrong on the screws, he would have been able to save me time and a couple of hundred dollars. Ryan really thinks about his customers needs and what will benefit them most. I am very impressed with his honesty, integrity, and genuine friendliness. He gets two thumbs-up from me, and I haven't given a thumbs-up to anyone for quite some time.

We went over the rooms I wanted cleaned when he got there, and unlike other servicers, he didn't try to upsell me (which is always nice). It was just myself and him, and there was a lot of furniture I needed moved to get the job done. Boston graciously offered to help me move items (where I think many others would've waited till I did it myself). Overall, the carpets look good (although I think carpet cleaners pretty much all do the same job), and their rates were comparable. Boston's extra help really added the extra oomph for me to know this was well worth the money. I would definitely reuse this provider and recommend.

It was red & white checkered fabric, which is all he remembers. I had it reupholstered in California about ten years ago, but through several moves, the old fabric just got dingy and faded. I contacted two stores in St. George to do the upholstery. One could not be bothered and told me to go to Saville Upholstery, and they were happy to take on the project. They did a marvelous job on the chair. We found the right red & white checkered fabric, and we discussed some changes. It took them about two weeks to get it done from order to finish. I am not sure why folks gave this business a one or two star rating because they were responsive, the took care of a family treasure, and they worked with me on getting fabric samples and picking the right one.
