He refused to send anyone out because my dad questioned them about the quote of $575.00 install fee, over the phone before they came out, and THEN he added that because my dad questioned the price which was more than what was paid for the fans-that he wasn't going to send anyone out! So much for taking care of your customers. They are rude. Idiots and I do believe they charge too much. I only give one star because that's the lowest I could give them.

I recently called and was told that they are no longer in the solar Business, despite having paid…read more$30,000+ for 24 panels, for a system that is clearly underpowered for our energy needs as a stated as a concern from the beginning. Since installation, they have been nonexistent and now I know why. When I called, they could not open up my contract and when I stated to them certain things that were told to me by the installer/sales people, there appeared to be permanent amnesia about promises made. I guess if you just shut down part of your business, you have no responsibility to your customers ever again. They clearly shut down that part of the business and you are on your own.. I guess $30,000 doesn't get you even a notification or any customer service. I felt sick to my stomach after speaking to that individual as she was not overly rude, but it was clear that she was irritated that I was seeking answers or some type of response to why I'm getting $400 bills in August, yet our power usage has not changed at all... Not even any offer to assist or check things out. I quickly ended the call as I realize that they really don't care. You took over $30,000 and now I've still got big bills coming in what a waste of money-I thought this might happen, and I was assured that hedgehog would be around for decades to come just another solar lie.

We spent a lot of $ to get the best we could afford. The air went out in the middle 0f summer. They came to fix it only to tell us they needed parts. New parts came and system went out again. It was 110 degrees outside and 82 inside. After 3 more call outs they replaced the unit (Carrier) with a new one. Just two days ago our heater went out. After a service call the technician came two days later. Our house chilled to 63 degrees and it was 32 degrees outside. The tech said we needed a part that was in Idaho so we would have to wait a couple more days, double up on blankets, and freeze our ----- off. I would seriously go to someone else as this area has a ton of competitors!

If this company was run by Alan it would be a great company. But unfortunately it's not. When…read moreAlan is not on the job the electricians work at a very slow pace and miss a lot. The owner doesn't communicate with Alan and his attention to detail is lacking. They will bill you for work they didn't do and charge you for items they didn't install. They will change the estimate after it's been signed and change the price on things to increase their profit. Again, the attention to detail on billing and estimate is very very poor which makes you wonder is their attention to detail with installation is just as poor. I'd give them a zero rating!
