No one judged any ideas we had and they made sure to remind us that we should not take this decision lightly. If we didn't feel absolutely happy with the sketches he would keep drawing them for us to see and we could always leave no harm done. I appreciated that they weren't pushy about how we should do it or just to decide something. The artist spent a good half hour revising the sketch with us. In the end we found the perfect artwork adjusted slightly for each of our taste and ended the day with our matching reminders. Highly recommend this place for artist who care about you and share their knowledge and experience regarding the design you want.

Tricia was still there close by to guide her, but I see Frankie as becoming a long-term part of the team beyond her apprenticeship. Don't hesitate to reach out to them about your needs, and be patient with the waiting time as it is worth it! Staff is always very friendly and a lot of fun to talk to. The only thing thats kind of weird is that, in most piercing places (in my experience) you are taken to a separate room where all the equipment and stuff is and there is a bed to lay down on for a more private and comfortable experience. I've been pierced here twice, and both times its been in a chair in the middle of the shop. So random people paying at the register can/have watched me get pierced. To me, its not a big deal, if anything, its funny to chat with them about my piercing later. But if you're someone that cries or gets anxiety or dramatic, this might not be the place for you unless you are comfortable with an audience. Lol Other than that, I recommend this place to any one. Its quick, clean, and cheap. Just not private haha

I actively sought out the work from this shop based on the style and consistency of their tattoo…read morework product as seen on their instagram page. I was in the market for a cover up tattoo and they knocked it out of the park. I have since been back twice for more work done--and I make the drive down from DC because they are good at what they do. If you're looking for an in-demand studio that does beautiful watercolor work in a clean environment by quality human beings--you found the right shop. Expect to wait a while (at least a month unless there is a cancellation or you get lucky) for your appointment because their artists are popular. As someone who once had a bad tattoo, I can tell you a good tattoo is worth the time and investment. Do not expect a drive-thru shop, these folks are the real deal. They care about the work they do and I would trust them with any tattoo project in the future. I always leave happy and with more ink plans for the future. Pro tips: e-mail: It's the most effective route. They are a small shop so they only check mail once a day--usually in the evening. They usually take a day or two to respond. This is normal. Once you are on their books, don't expect to hear back. You're in there, if you need to confirm--go ahead and send a confirmation email. appointments: You'll need to "get on their books" which means they open their calendar for a month or two in advance. Once they have their calendars booked--they close their books and won't schedule anything unless there is a cancellation. If you're stuck in limbo--follow them on instagram because that's where they post their books opening. Pricing: an hourly rate. The number of hours depends on how much detail and work is necessary. I have found them more than fair in their estimates. Experience: expect a clean inviting space with private stations. Unlike other shops, you get privacy by way of cubicle-style workspaces. Your artist will wear a mask and gloves. Your skin will be properly sanitized and cleansed throughout. Breaks will be taken at your discretion and as the artist needs breaks. Concept: Send reference pictures, your artist will develop the concept the day of your appointment. You will have plenty of opportunity to provide input but it's best in my experience to be open to artistic license. You're at a shop that specializes in free form. They will give you a beautiful piece. All-in-all I love this shop! I find it warm and inviting and a place I would highly recommend. If you understand this is a thriving small business that handle all their own calls and marketing--then you will also appreciate how they can provide amazing pieces at fair prices. Highly recommend.

Reviews helped us settle on this tattoo & piercing parlor. It looked as legit as could be and already had good testimonials and insta pics. It was even better in real life. My 14 y o daughter did all her own research for a septum piercing, saved up for it, and felt ready. Of course she was still nervous and had questions for her piercer. Enter Tina. Trust me, if your minor is getting a body piercing, Tina is who you want holding the needle. She came around from the counter, sat on the bench with my daughter, answered all her questions, eased her anxiety. From this conversation alone, I knew my daughter was in good hands. If you're wondering what to bring, they took her state ID and birth certificate for age verification, and my license for parental authorization. Fill out a form and it's on to the piercing booth !! Tina explained each step directly to my daughter, respecting her as the informed client. She was clearly in tune with my teen's body language; I cannot emphasize enough how well Tina kept the energy in the room a perfect balance of relaxed anticipation. She took care preparing my daughter's little nose, gently probing to identify the "sweet spot" while talking her through all of it. My daughter said the needle was less painful than she expected. She's been so excited for this moment and is really thrilled with the result. Her silver septum clicker looks adorable, and she is relieved it's perfectly centered. Care instructions were provided along with cleaning solution. Tina made sure we understood what to expect of the healing process and set us up with a few checkup appointments. I recommend Electric Pair O' Dice and Tina specifically, 100%. Yes: teen friendly
