When I explained what I had been told on a previous trip I was all but called a liar. Horrible communication skills! Will never recommend or give them my buisness again. AND THEY ALL WORK ON "REKEYED" DOORKNOBS!! He didn't rekey them at all although that's what I paid for! Just made new keys and charged over $100 for it. I had a family emergency and in the process of leaving the house, I locked my purse and keys in the…read morehouse. I did have my cell phone and was able to contact. It was about 7pm. I told him that it was an emergency and I needed to leave town ASAP. I had to call him several times and they finally arrived almost an hour later. I told him what I did, I locked the lock on the door knob and they keys were in my purse. He then proceeded to drill out the deadbolt. If I had been able to lock the deadbolt, I would have had my keys. He had to replace the door knob lock. I did not have time to wait for him to go back to his shop to get a deadbolt. He did not offer to pay for his mistake. I ended up have to replace both locks due to his not listening. Not impressed. I had used him before. He is very gruff!

I had Glen come and try making a key for my Yamaha R3 motorcycle. He was transparent about only…read morehaving done one of my Make/Model before and that it took about 6 hours. After about an hour or two, he had broken the key he was making, off inside my ignition lock. I had to then get it towed to a dealership and have all new locks ordered and installed. ~240 for Glens service( he didnt make me pay.) , ~200 for all new locks + ~150 for labour... It was an unfortunate event that comes with locksmithing, and I am sure he is capable with other motorcycles, just be weary of this.
