We are here for dinner with a few friends. To start while I wait for everyone, I ordered fish and squid balls. A typical street food with 3 sauces (spicy, sweet and suka). As everyone arrived, we ordered some appies first: crispy calamari, calamari cooked in olive oil, baked mussels. 6/10 Garlic rice: 8/10, Fried bangus: 9/10, Deep fried baby crabs: 8/100 Sisig: 7/10, beef salpicao: 6/10, beef bulalo: 9/10, garlic shrimp: 7/10 Overall, pretty good.

Sinuglao (Filipino Ceviche), Chicken Inasal with grilled chicken liver and Talong (Eggplant) omelette. The fish in black bean sauce is grilled and moist, not dry. It's delicious! The Filipino Ceviche has chunks of tuna marinated in white vinegar and fresh mini chilies. It's spicy, taste fresh and taste great as appetizer. The Chicken Inasal is grilled and marinated. Soft and moist. The grilled chicken liver that comes along with the chicken is soft and marinated both are in the skewers. Taste great. The Catfish in coconut milk is fried and marinated. It's moist and soft, not dry. Taste sooogood! This Filipino restaurant is inside Robinson's Mall in Quezon City. Serving Staff are helpful and courteous. Their food is pricey and serving is average. But it's worth a try. Clean and neutral gender bathroom.

We were finally called and my nephew ordered the biggest pork katsu while i ordered the Katsudon and it did not disappoint! and of course being in Manila it's unli-rice and here, miso soup and cabbage. i like it that their menu is focused but really filling. The servers are used to the work in a fast-paced environment, that despite the demands of the customers they remained attentive and friendly. i like it here and would definitely recommend to all balikbayanson a trip to Manila!

My favorite is the deluxe seafood mixed set, it gives you kind of like a sampler platter, prawn, oyster (mouthwatering) , salmon and hire, (or cream dory if you don't like the hire). Portions are big, with unli rice and cabbage. (Love the sesame dressing for the cabbage) Price is fair and reasonable for the taste and portions of their Food. I've taken a lot of foreigner friends, and balikbayans to Yabu, and they always leave satisfied and wanting to go back

With his extensive experience in Europe and in Asia, travels around the world, and of course, him being from Italy -I might be biased here, but really, one of the best places for a gastronomic adventure; he can definitely rise to the occasion. Cucina offers international flavors that appeal to the local palate. The dishes weren't tweaked to the flavors that we're used to but were handpicked according to the ones that everyone would certainly like and find more than interesting. On weekdays, you'll get to indulge on Chef's Beet Cured Salmon with Crème Fraiche, Ossobucco ala Milanese with Soft Yellow Polenta, and Beef Cheek Couscous and Grilled Vegetable. While their Italian Porchetta Stuffed with Sun Dry Tomato and Black Olive Pate, Baked Salted Fish with Chef Giuseppe's Special Sauce, and Wild Mushroom Risotto are what await the hungry weekend warriors. The crowd favorite for the night would have to be the Beef Cheek Couscous, but my heart goes to the Italian Porchetta that I still can't get over.

It's good value for money and well worth the spend for an occasion. Sometimes, they have foie gras as a part of the selection, but I've only seen that happen once. I wish their Filipino station looked more appetizing. Sadly, the dishes appeared dry, like they had been sitting there a while, overlooked by the diners who preferred the pasta, seafood choices, and carving station. I must have had two plates of lobsters when I was last there on a Sunday night, though! I really enjoyed that, plus the service of the accommodating wait staff on duty.
