I am now in high school and I never want to see another student or teacher from the mess of a school. I cannot think of a single good memory if I am being honest. I had 2 teachers that weren't total jerks or miserable old people that DUCK TAPED THEIR STUDENTS TO THEIR CHAIRS???!! In 4th grade I had the meanest teacher who would constantly yell. I DIDNT LEARN ANYTHING especially in math and now i'm paying for it during geometry. Most teachers had no respect at all. 90% of this school is just rude millennial teachers. I'm not friends with anyone anymore form this school considering they're all jerks and they don't even know their own name. Rudest pe teacher, rudest computer teacher, and completely disgusting campus. There was constant graffiti going on and all the kids and aids were insanely mean. The only nice people were the librarian and the dude who plants stuff. Anyways good luck to whoever goes here but I would suggest basically anywhere else because I am paying off for it now in High School because my teachers were too lazy to do their job.

Most of the administrators go through the same credentialing program, so they are indoctrinated into the beliefs the district wants to project. There is a lack of honesty and transparency with administrators to staff members. Students are not held accountable and the APs are ducklings that following the lead duck, but the lead duck has no idea what he is doing as he fell into the position due to some unfortunate circumstances. Sports (football) take precedence over education. It seems as though the district felt him to be qualified since he was the star of the football team when he was in high school. The APs spend more time on the golf cart riding around the parkings lots and sidewalks than they do working. The academics are lack luster and no one talks about state standards or how to help students achieve them. There is very little training or support for new teachers. The district mostly hires their own graduates back (or people that went to Calabasas), so new ideas are scarce. This is a very nepotistic district. This district rides on the laurels of being affluent and having opportunities provided from the student's parents. It's not the worst of the districts, but it could be far better.

So they have cozy chairs to sit in in a nice lounge area just to relax or read. As I was working full-time I was truly grateful to have a safe place for them to be. We are very lucky to have them at Lindero Canyon middle school.
