Time spent before the events while we walked around to the various barns seeing the horses while they were prepared for their performances was interesting. Staff was informative and friendly...the horses were patient with the preparations. The events were delightful to say the least. The horses were majestic, beautiful, powerful and amazing. When they trotted or ran past us it was like thunder. There was a safety barricade to stand behind and take pictures...perfect. A totally super experience. I highly recommend having cushions to sit on. The bleachers will be sandy and coolish

Windsong equestrian farm is the perfect place to have your horse. They have two main arenas, one…read moreround pen and a 10 acre open field in the back. One of the arenas is covered with mirrors at one end. They have enough individual paddocks for each individual horse. There is automatic water buckets and fly spray systems. Each border gets their own individual locker. There is a main hall that has a refrigerator, a dining area and a sitting area. For one rate, they will feed, hay, muck out, blanket, give dewormers, bring in and take out to paddocks. They have four dressage trainers on hand. They recently underwent a manager change. The new manager is Willette Brown. The barn owner is Lori Wubker. While they all, very obviously, care for your equine. Be sure to write out, explicitly, how you would like your horse to be treated. Otherwise they will do what they believe is best, which isn't always the case.

My daughter Gia has been riding for a few years now but she has learned more with Manon in the last few months than she has in the last few years at a different barn. We drive over an hour to come here and we will keep doing it just for Manon and this amazing barn. She is not only a great trainer but her and her family are great people! We are so happy to be a part of C's Ranch and excited for all the progress to come!

From small children to adult children, Double K offers lessons in English, Western, dressage on kindly school horses, as well as offering both full board and pasture board. Ms Audrey has a motto on her barn board "Safety First, Fun Second", and this is a crucial idea for adult amateurs such as mysel; however, i have seen very young riders treated with the same respect and concern for well beaing as the adult students. Ms Audrey is a classically trained equestrian with a broad range of riding experience and horse care--yet she will never brag(as others do). I trust her completely, and with horses, that's the most important thing.
