My first time trying a cleanse from here and I absolutely recommend the 3 day Klean & Lean!…read more Delicious green juices to start your morning & comforting soups to end the night- not only did I feel good physically, I felt a boost in clarity as well! I'm the type of person who wakes up & immediately has a coffee - will often reach for a 2nd cup after 2-3 hours from my 1st coffee. With this cleanse, it's recommended to drink only black coffee before 3pm and to be honest, I only drank 1 coffee each morning (Added superfood creamer by LAIRD) and have never felt so much better with this cleanse. I didn't even have a desire for a 2nd coffee each day- The lunches contain plant protein...super delicious and kept me full!! This is an amazing cleanse for anyone wanting to drop a few pounds. I did my normal workouts as well & dropped a total of 6lbs! Highly recommend trying the Klean & Lean :)

Great vibes and even better cold-pressed juice!…read more The first thing I saw when I walked in the cafe was a colorful wall of post-it notes full of encouraging messages. Love that! But almost as colorful as the wall of the post-its was the two refrigerator cases full of different flavors of cold pressed juice. So many to choose from... it was almost impossible to decide. Thankfully, the young lady behind the counter was an herbalist. After a few quick questions she made a couple of great recommendations. Ultimately I ended up getting a cold pressed juice that I believe had carrot, pineapple, apple, and ginger in it. It was so spicy and so good. I like my ginger drinks with a little kick on this one delivered! For the road I also got a bottle of the 'Purple Rain' butterfly pea flower lemonade. Ever so slightly tart and incredibly refreshing! I was amazed at the variety of plant-based meal offerings that were available here, as well. If I hadn't just had breakfast, I would have definitely grabbed one or two. There are three refrigerator cases full of soups and other plant-based meals to try, so you've definitely got options. This place is definitely worth a try. I hope you love it as much as I did!

So when I found out they opened a location in the Marina, I was beyond excited! The portions are incredible, and they never skimp on toppings. Every bowl is practically overflowing! Every time I walk in, I'm greeted warmly and feel instantly welcomed. If you've never tried Paradise Bowls before, you absolutely need to. My personal favorite is the Chocolate Arc, but they have a great variety of options and tons of ways to customize your bowl exactly how you like it. 10/10 every single time!

They had an imaculate takeaway drink fridge, modern decor, plenty of little extras for snacks, supplements, etc. Located between Chipotle and Warburg Parker in the Marina shopping center. They have smoothies, bowls and toasts. Some drinks and snackables too, like pretzels, bags of granola, etc. Service was a little slow, but they were VERY nice. O waited about 15 mins. The line was a bit long, so I opted to place my order online (which quotes a longer wait than in-person:/ and they prioritized me after I asked, even though they didn't have to:) I'm a sucker for a good customer experience. The bowl itself, very good! Personal preference for a more solid, ice cream texture and this was more soft, but still good. But most of all I want to recognize the worker who actually looked up whether the granola was made with honey, because I can imagine many others who would simply say they didn't know and not take that extra measure to help.

The drinks were pretty refreshing. I did have one really big con though was the menu. I felt overwhelmed looking through it. Each item on the menu had such a long description. I felt pressured to just pick something also because there were people behind us. I also thought it was a bit expensive also. Somehow we spent 57$ on two bowls and two drinks.
