Stopped by for a quick lunch on our way home and very disappointed. Do not sit by the restrooms, the woman's restroom smelled like wet dirty animals. Couldn't even enjoy eating from the smell. Then our order of endless clam chowder with salad & biscuits sucked! The clam chowder was thin & watery, they no longer have thousand island which I like, so I was bummed with my salad. The biscuits were the only good thing I enjoyed. So that will be the LAST time I ever go there. I do not have a Facebook account to message management directly. Red Lobster's new TV advertising campaign reminded us to give the restaurant a try. We hadn't been there in a long time. We met with two friends, and all enjoyed a wonderful dinner. We ordered their three-course shrimp special. I had a house salad, coconut shrimp for an appetizer and garlic-butter shrimp scampi for the main, with a loaded baked potato on the side. My husband ordered clam chowder, fried shrimp and fettucine with shrimp. Our friends had variations of the above, including cole slaw. Everything was delicious. Of course, the endless supply of their famous Chedder Bay biscuits are, by themselves, worth the trip. We arrived right before 6 PM (the end of Happy Hour), and were able to order a margarita and a 20-oz draft beer, each for $5. The margarita was outstanding...I would probably go back just for THAT! Our server was courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable about the menu. She even brought us a few biscuits to take home at the end of the meal! One of the things I really appreciate about Red Lobster is the intimate layout of the restaurant. Since it's divided into different seating areas, one can experience a QUIET dinner. (So many restaurants are wide open with high ceilings and hard walls and floors, making the din almost unbearable.) The padded chairs were very comfortable. My family and I enjoy going to red lobster for the nostalgia. It's one of the first places we got to try seafood and lots of memories tied to it. We were surprised how busy it was for a Wednesday evening. When we put our names down, we weren't told how long the wait would be, but it was only 20 minutes or so. If you havent been to this location, i dont imagine it varies much from the others. There is a bar at the entrance, along with a tank filled with live lobster. Our 2 year old companion was fascinated by them. The restaurant has a warm lighting, that is still bright enough to be able to read the menus. We were greeted warmly by our waitress as soon as we were seated and we got our drink orders in, shortly followed by our meals. My mom and I were disappointed when our usual order of Bahama mama contained too much rum and it looked like it had been sitting for a while since the colors weren't as distinct and vibrant. But eh...I just enjoyed more of those delicious cheddar biscuits. Overall, we were happy with our meals. I'm always a fan of the butter they have. It's always a great combination for my lobster and crab legs. Although, I will say some of my crab legs were dry but it was still satisfying. Our plates were always cleared once they were done and our server did a great job of checking on us in a consistent manner. My husband recommended I order something lol so I got the baked potato with lobster 4/5, the sauce was surprisingly delicious and the lobster was cooked well! Came here after a day at six flags since they are open until 11:00. First time at a red lobster and was a little disappointed. Place was clean, but service was lacking. Never got to try their cheddar biscuits after I asked for them twice. Drinks definitely pre-made and come from a jug, must have been towards the bottom as it tasted awful. My meal overall was good, but not good enough to make me want to come back here. read more

This location has plenty of tables... great for large parties. They even have jumbo sized booths that look like they can accommodate up to 10. For the price? Stop. The endless shrimp is $20 lol. C'mon. The ULTIMATE Feast, which I got last time, is a great plate to share... crab legs (the kind that snap!) shrimp alfredo, lobster tail, and lots of mixy-matchy choices you can customize. I brought my mother and my daughter's for Mother's Day spent a lot of money only to find out that the sticker that identifies the seafood was lodged into my daughter's lobster tail. The manager came and said oh I'm so sorry lol is everything else OK? I asked for a refund of her plate or a replacement and he gave me a military discount of eight dollars off of a $50 platter. My family's go-to spot when we are craving shrimp, crab, or lobster. We always go to the SCV location because the service is great. Today I was served by Danny and he was phenomenal! He brought out a basket of the complimentary cheddar bay biscuits as soon as I arrived, and they were soooo good! I ordered the white wine and roasted garlic mussels. It is an appetizer for $15.29 but I ordered it as my main entree. It was huge and I brought half of it home. I highly suggest signing up for their lobster rewards program--they will send you tons of freebies to use on your visits so it is totally worth it. We appreciate his patience, professionalism and attention to detail. The restaurant was clean, perfect for family celebrations (always had been) and we all thought the quality of the food and drinks is the best we've had in all our years coming! The shrimp (in all of it's varieties) was so fresh and cooked perfectly, as was the calamari, steak and lobster and famous bread rolls. This is my first time coming here in 10+ years with my family. Our server was extremely nice and welcoming, but the food overall was pretty average and definitely on the saltier side. Out of everything we got, I enjoyed the scallops the best. The steak and lobster at $28 was also a pretty good deal. I wouldn't bother with the shrimp and lobster tacos - the lobster just tastes like fried crunch, can't taste the lobster at all and the tortillas got soggy because of all the lime crema. OK so it's Red Lobster.... It was a joke in my family that we would go there for celebrations. Kind of like an Olive Garden thing. A typical restaurant chain with average food. I WAS WRONG!! We have been to this location multiple times lately and every time it has been delicious!! Food is served hot, tasty and served with a smile by incredibly nice waitpersons. We have had lobster. Shrimp, salmon, and even the steak and we have all been very happy with the food! Can't really ever get enough of the Cheddar Bay biscuits !! The side salad with the lime dressing is outstanding. Went there for happy hour. Had the Blue Moon for 5 dollars and my wife had the Mark West Pinot Noir. The drinks were 5 stars. The service was 10 stars. Absolutely amazing service. Above and beyond. The food was probably a 2 star or 1 star. We had 2 appetizers the dip and flatbread. Couldn't finish the food. Wife was sick the next day. The Ambiance was outdated decor. However, it worked. Four of us went there for our friends birthday and we all had a great experience. We were seated right away and served fairly quick. Took a little time for our drink order but we enjoyed our appetizers. The drinks came shortly after. Been to this location before, always found the staff to be friendly, however, the food we had this time just seemed so much better. This restaurant is THEE best!! When I take my (large) family out, it's always a hit or miss. But with this particular Red Lobster, the food and service is always impressive!! I live in Northern California, but often drive to Southern Ca. to take the kids on mini vacations. Each time my sister and I will stop there, either on the way there or on the way back. Lousy service! The restaurant was approx 70% empty and we still had to wait over 45 minutes after we ordered, for our food to come! The waiter didnt even come around to refill our drinks. I even went to look for a manager to complain. Then when we were ready to leave, I had to go look for the waiter to pay the bill. Visited Before COVID Whenever we are in this area (Magic Mountain), we usually eat here before heading home. It's a little pricy, but we love their seafood dishes and especially their bread. We always ask for more bread. I haven't seen any new commercials since COVID, so I guess they haven't had any specials or new dishes lately. The shrimp dishes are very good except the shrimp always look so tiny in size as if they were caught before being fully matured. It can get pretty busy here so I would highly recommend looking over the menu while you wait so that by the time that you are seated, you are ready to order. Plenty of free parking. read more

I've wanted to stop at the Red Lobster in Valencia, CA for a very long time. Today I did and I'm so glad I did! Wow! What an amazing lunch! The best restaurant meal I've had in years! I choose the Maine lobster, snow crab & double coconut shrimp and it was all superb! Finding a restaurant that serves seafood fresh, perfectly cooked and still steaming is rare! Even my most recent trip to the coast for seafood wasn't this good! I don't understand the lower ratings at all! Red Lobster in Valencia, hit it out of the ball park for me today! Absolutely delicious! My server Esteban was awesome too! He is top notch! He was accommodating, efficient and took very good care of me! The greeter was also very friendly, welcoming and even opened the door for me on my way out! If you're ever in the Valencia area, I highly recommend you have a meal here! Today I got the Ultimate Endless Shrimp ($23.99). Basically you get 2 of the following at a time: Parmesan bacon shrimp scampi, Parrot isle jumbo coconut shrimp, shrimp linguini Alfredo, Walt's favorite shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi, Argentine red shrimp + one side. All of these were fantastic - and I'd like to give special mention to their Caesar salad which is (and has always been) off the chain. Also, if you download their app they have great rewards like free beverages, apps & desserts at lower levels and full meals if you are a regular customer. We have been coming to Red Lobster for a while now. Today is the second time in two weeks that we come for lunch. This two times that we have been here, the experience has been great! The food has been really good and today my wife got the endless shrimp. Wow she got so much shrimp that it was a great value for the money. I got the lobster dou and it was so good. But imma move on to the star of the show. I ordered a burger plain for my mini bulldog and the server at the bar, who was RJ, attentive as heck brought me the whole dish with the bread, plain and fries. I only fed my dog the patty, relax PETA...but I have to give mad props for this is, has to be the best toasted burger bun I ever have had in my life. I ate it by itself. Since my grandma is a pescatarian, we come here a lot. The ambiance is great, it's a pretty large venue - there's plenty of seating whether you're by yourself, a table for two, booths and tables for parities with more.. We usually come for fail safe options- fish & chips or Endless Shrimp fests! The coconut shrimp, shrimp linguini, dragon and tequila lime are our favorites. The garlic skewers come with a tasty seasoned rice, the linguini obviously comes with noodles drenched in a delicious creamy white sauce & the coconut shrimp comes with a sweet pina colada dip. The dragon comes on a bed of cabbage coleslaw & the tequila lime shrimp also comes on a bed of seasoned rice. We've come a time where they ran out of the dragon shrimp but we came back on a weekday & luckily they had it. Appetizers & drinks are good also, those always steeps the bill but that's given on a day that we're splurging. As for other dishes...we've tried other dishes and they're not always the best they could be (perhaps in the cooking department). The service has generally been exceptional except for this last time.. the waitress forgot about to serve cheddar bay biscuits, so I had to request them after the entrees arrived and she also didn't check up on our table or ask to refill drinks so I had to flag her down many times for our requests. When i opened up my takeout order it looked like they just threw my stuffed mushrooms in the togo box...literally!! Come on people...if I'm paying the high cost for these at least have the decency to pack them up properly! Other than that everything else looked decent...Melanie T was amazing!!
