My son mentioned that endless shrimp was back as an option, and since it was Friday and the beginning of my week of vacation, I thought, Why not? I saw that they now have reservations online so I made one, but didn't really need one on an early Friday evening. Our server, Wanda, got our drinks and free biscuits promptly. Then we waited for food for about 30 min as we did not order any appetizers (to make room for son's Endless shrimp). I ordered the Friday special of the fish and chips which is $3 discount on Friday evenings. I like the cold slaw and fries that came with the fish. My son managed to eat 8 servings of shrimp-you get three servings initially, then two more at a time. He ordered the broccoli as his side. I was impressed with the price of $24.99 for all that shrimp. We were there for about an hour total which I thought was decent and the food was hot and fresh. I notice that with other restaurants having either smaller portions or higher prices, Red Lobster has managed to do the opposite. I had not visited this Red Lobster in YEARS. The last time had to be pre-2020. But the new CEO has won me over, and I was not looking forward to sitting in traffic for an hour to get home, so I stopped for something to eat. I ordered a seasonal cocktail, and it was way too sweet to me, but I could see other people loving it. I also ordered cheesesticks because they are my favorite appetizer, and they were sooooo good! I also ordered the fish and chips, and I liked everything except the fish. The fish was too oily/greasy. The cole slaw had just enough dressing and was fresh and cold; I really liked it. The fries were also hot and crunchy. I honestly don't remember the sides being so good at Red Lobster. When I entered the restaurant, I was shocked at how pretty and clean it was. I think it may have been renovated, and they did a great job. Also, the Christmas decorations were up, and they were so pretty. My server was top tier, attentive and responsive. It was no one at the hostess stand when we arrived but someone came shortly. We were greeted and seated. We had a large party. Both servers were very attentive! I decided on the Parmesan crusted chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was flavorful and tasty. I enjoyed it. I was hesitant due to being accustomed to the parm crusted chicken at Longhorn, it's definitely a close second. I LOVE boils, the right way -- lots of seasoning and flavor -- so I was expecting to be slightly disappointed. However, it went well! The Mariner's Boil had lobster, crab legs, shrimp and potatoes for like $44!? crazy deal. The sauce -- I tried the cajun butter extra hot. I will not go back to the TUCKER Red Lobster again I had the Monday special lobster and shrimp. The shrimp was overcooked the lobster had no flavor at all. I usually order the shrimp side trio, but since it's no longer on the menu, I customized my order to include shrimp scampi, popcorn shrimp, fried fish, and a loaded baked potato. I always opt for the raspberry-flavored sweet tea, which comes with unlimited refills. This location has been a part of the Tucker community for a while. However, the interior has been renovated to create an upgraded ambiance. Parking shouldn't be an issue, as there's a large, open, free parking lot. I went there last night to enjoy their new creation , the seafood boil. This establishment is dark and needs an upgrade. However, they were out of ALOT of things , to include Old Bay Seasoning but when entering they just stated they were out of the sauce. No worries. We ordered and as I ate the food I noticed, they literally just put butter on the crabs. I ordered a pina colada type drink that left a weird aftertaste. Our waitress was awesome and constantly checked on us the duration of our meal. All of our food was fresh and delicious. The price/value ratio is spot on for the quality and price. I have to admit, I was a bit Getty coming back to Red Lobster. Since Red Lobster been in the news for a new CEO and rebrand, I was excited to come back. Lots of memorable moments at Red Lobster. The prices were certainly reasonable as well however I went overboard because I wanted everything. It looked so good and did not disappoint. My pockets and my clothes regretted the choices we made however my taste pilot, loved every moment. It's weird when people say Red Lobster is old, I won't say old I would say traditional. Our server Kemauri R advised, that it does not get super busy until about 8pm. She had a great attitude, which goes a long way in my book. She was friendly and accommodated all our questions and meal substitutions . I ordered a Coconut Shrimp and salmon combo with broccoli and rice and wifey ordered the Steamed Crab Legs with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. Update: red lobster reached out very apologetic so my husband and I went back but this time to the location near the braves stadium and it was so much better! The biscuits were done right and I had crab legs which were delicious and Kam was a great server. My husband unfortunately didnt care for his actual food , he got the shrimp linguine and had the same response as my sister, that it's no flavor or season to it so I just wouldn't recommend that pasta but my food was great and we both enjoyed our biscuits! :) read more

This was a DoorDash order, so I'll discuss the food only. I ordered The child's plate golden fried fish, a Caesar salad, a crab cake, and waltz shrimp. My son doesn't eat sea food, so I ordered a dozen of cheddar bay biscuits. First of all the food was cold. I timed the order and the restaurant isn't that far from where I live at, so I'll say I had to end up heating everything up. I had 1 biscuit, 1 piece of fish, 2 shrimp and none of the salad. The salad's lettuce was brown in many spots, so I didn't eat that. The rest of the food was decent, once it came out of the oven and I put some tarter sauce on the fish. The crab cake came here BURNT! When I say BURNT, it was crispy and I wasn't going to try and eat that. I have leftovers, but no thank you. I don't want any of it. Was seated at the only dirty table right by the kitchen until we moved ourselves. Service was horrible, our server only came around 3 times the entire time we were there while watching the table across from us got checked up on every 15 minutes to the point I had to ask their server to help us because ours was no where to be found. Everyones food came out cold and my steak came out raw after asking for medium rare and sent it back. The next one that came out was entirely raw and was on purpose so the staff could eat it. Get it comped out. Ive worked at resturaunts and kitchens and this place by far one of the absolute worst experiences. Place used to be really good but they barely stay afloat now. Great environment and friendly service. Ordered oysters and drinks at the bar this weekend. Small crowd and plenty of space to stretch out. The prices are reasonable but could be adjusted for some items, like the shrimp and alcoholic drinks. Take out came quick and correct so that was pleasing. My party and I arrived at 6:35 p.m. and waited about 20 minutes in the lobby to be seated. Upon being seated, we noticed that it was practically empty in the dining area. We had to wait about another 10 minutes for our waitress to order our drinks. We then to receive our drinks. One of the drinks was made incorrectly, so it was sent back. The other drink, a Sprite was requested on the side, but they brought something other than Sprite and had it already mixed in the drink. When asked for more Sprite, we were told that they didn't have Sprite and that they had something else. This should have been stated before the drink was brought. We didn't receive our food until approximately 8:50 p.m. (about 2 hours later). The waitress kept telling us your food is coming up... your food is coming up. When we receive the food, it had little to no flavor. The crab legs were bland, the shrimp was bland, and the salmon was lightly seasoned. We were expecting a different experience knowing that there was a new CEO and things were supposed to be revamped. I read that they were going to have better pricing but the pricing I saw was more than it used to be. To top it all off, there were gnats flying around. We had to cover our biscuits and food with napkins. Overall, this was the worst Red lobster experience I've ever had! This was the Tucker Georgia location. read more

My wife and I visited this location for our weekly date night, as it is our favorite time of year for Red Lob.....ENDLESS SHRIMP! The Parking: Red Lobster has its own parking lot, so you're good in this regard. Several spots. The Service: The service throughout the night was pretty lackluster. When we arrived, there was no host/hostess to greet us and sit us at a table. There was a party of three behind us as well, so this somewhat formed a line. It took about 3-5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were waiting to be seated. * Once we finally got seated, our waitress, even though she was extremely nice, didn't know the prices of anything. We asked for the prices of two different drinks and both times, she had to walk away to verify. THIS IS WHY DRINK PRICES SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE MENU! What's the secret? Why are you hiding the price? I'm going to ask anyway. She was also rather slow. It felt like it took forever for her to come back to the table to take an order or with food. It nearly took 15 minutes until we were given water and Cheddar Bay biscuits. The customer service just needs some improvement. The Drinks: After finalizing a drink price, we ordered a frozen strawberry Lobsterita (about $9). This is big enough for two people to share. Even though it tasted really good, there was hardly ANY alcohol in it. Even if we each had our own, I don't think we still would've felt anything. Tasty, but WEAK drink. The Food: I ordered the Endless Shrimp with fries and a Caesar salad. The first round of shrimp I tried were the New Crunchy Fiesta Shrimp and the New Sesame-Ginger Grilled Shrimp. The sesame ginger shrimp came on two kabob sticks on top of rice. These were really good. I would've like more soy-ginger sauce, though. * The Crunchy Fiesta Shrimp tasted like nachos with crunchy shrimp instead of tortilla chips. The cheese made the presentation look poor and cheap. Closely mimicked something Taco Bell would come out with. It tasted okay, but the cheese was literally microwaveable nacho cheese topped with pico de Gallo. * On my second round of shrimp, I ordered two Garlic Shrimp Scampi's. As usual, these are ALWAYS good. Shrimps come out swimming in delicious garlic butter. I ended up taking most of these home. * The fries and cheddar bay biscuits were both delicious as always. I'm so used to only getting 4 or 5 biscuits at first. Our waitress brought us out at least 8 or 9. A blessing! The Caesar salad was also good. All of the dressing was at the bottom, so the lettuce that was at the bottom was pretty drenched and soggy. Overall, the meal was enjoyable, but the entire experience was just okay.
