Well some brutal experiences here but on my third place that I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Parking here would be a little fluster during peak time but if you get over that then you've got it made. On my complaint here is parking lot as dark as hell at night time maybe a little lighting? The food and service have been consistent for me from a birthday lobster dinner with a friend, to the sit down dinner with a co-worker and my last visit by myself before going back home to Houston. Bring back the Crab Alfredo!!!! My first visit I was told that they could not put any lump crab meat on the Alfredo which I don't understand because you can do it for another dish and you're just replacing the shrimp and charge me extra if you have to I don't mind. One of the best experiences that I've had here is that I keep coming back because of what seems like the best server to be Penny! Me being a server of a 17 years under my belt in the past has me very critical on my expectations sometimes. There are times that I have to let my guard down a bit like at a buffet and so didn't expect too much for here ( not too much expectations for chain restaurants) because I'm already seeing the reviews but they did not match on my experiences here, but each to their own experiences. I was so happy when she was able to bring me out a pair of Chopsticks even at a mundane moment but she delivered. Even the last server I had was exception was well:but I forgot her name, I wish I could bring her up. As far as cleanliness of the restaurant, I have no complaints. The only thing I would request as far as the bar part is please offer a flight of something it's not, and a lot of restaurants it would be a nice add-on. That might be a way of getting rid of some of your still inventory if you happen to have any at all like whiskey or wine flights. Muskogee is a pretty small town and probably a handful of decent restaurants as well as another handful of chain restaurants, this one has not disappointed me yet. read more

So I know Red Lobster was struggling nationally, and I saw they got a new CEO! And the menu change up is very smart! I had to come try the new seafood boil, and I loved it! We joined my mother in law last night for her birthday, after my hubby got off work and she was done with a car appointment. MacKenzie was our server. We got our drink order placed upon arrival. Then we placed our dinner order. My husband and mother in law got the stuffed flounder, one had Mac n cheese for a side, one had lobster mashed potatoes(that had a rubber band under the potatoes, we mentioned it to our server MacKenzie, and she said her manager was gonna have a heyday.They were closing at 8pm last night). Terrible customer service, stood at the door for almost 5 minutes before we were ever greeted, note that two host stood at the stand as though they had no idea what was going on,than sat at our table for almost 10 minutes before our server came. Ordered our food and the food came out ice cold, told the server she said give her just a minute. Server came back out about 8 minutes later and told us her manager put his finger in my food and felt how cold it was so decided to make a new plate. 20 minutes later after everyone else at my table was done eating server came back to tell me it was almost done. We went for my birthday yesterday and had a big old family dinner. I got the lobster lover duo and it was divine. We all got something extra and shared around the table so I also got to taste the crispy brussels sprouts, which I never would've ordered but OMG they are delicious. The service was amazing. Our waitress was so busy, but we did not want for anything. She was extremely friendly, brought our food and our drinks in a very timely manner and pretty much made the dinner even more awesome. Not only that they brought me a birthday card that all the waitresses signed. Can you imagine a place, a business, taking that extra step to make you feel special on your birthday? Food and service has gone down. Bathrooms have a terrible smell that lingers thru out the dining area. The day i came in there was a dead lobster in the tank apparently none of the employees noticed. The other lobsters were eating off of it. read more

My recent visit to the location was pretty good. I was happy with the food that I ordered. The dishes arrived faster than I expected. My waitress was very kind and the restaurant was nice and quiet on a Friday afternoon. My only complaint was that the waitress took a while to bring the check after I was done eating. We know we only want to order whenn Dave is the cook. You can tell the difference. Love our servers always. But I will not return unless the fix the fans. We have asked the servers on our last two visits to turn off the fan as it blows cold air on you. It makes the food cold and as a diner you freeze. So I'm done with red lobster this winter. Maybe in the summer we'll be able to enjoy dinner in the restaurant. read more

I wanted to leave a positive review for a chain that is currently in bad times. Recently visited the Muskogee location and found what seemed enough wait staff for a busy night. Friendly service and enjoyed our meal. Very noticeable was the portion size of all five different meals ordered were close to 1/4 smaller, but prices seemed to remain the same. Shockingly iced drinks were $4.97. Waitress was attentive. I will return, but not as often. Hopefully menu prices will drop. I will be drinking water. read more

We usually have a great time at Red Lobster, but this past time we went, the wait was ridiculous and when we finally got seated the waitress was obviously overworked, tired, and just flat out rude. She seemed like she was over it and just didn't want to be there. Which I understand, but doesn't make for a very comfortable experience for myself and my family. Ordered crab legs, loaded baked potato and broccoli. The baked potato was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The broccoli was cold and rubbery. I ordered a long island Iced tea. It was clear colored and weak. My daughter ordered shrimp Alfredo She took one bite and refused to eat any more. We haven't eaten here in quite awhile. I don't think we will be back. Alright. We walk in and they tell us a 15minute wait (There's just two of us). We wait five minutes and they have a seat ready! I was very happy. BUT they don't have the 4-course-meal for Saturday. So I choose something else. The food takes about an hour or hour and a half wait and it was sort of small portioned. We have eaten at this Red Lobster many times. Most visits we have been satisfied with our meals and service but there is usually parking issues and wait times are long and not a large enough waiting area. Today we went at 2 pm expecting no wait. There were several people ahead of us and while we sat waiting we only saw two employees. The hostess was cleaning tables and the waiter was taking orders and bringing them out plus cleaning tables as well. We were really looking forward to some lobster fest but saw quickly it wasn't going to happen for awhile so I politely caught the hostess and told her we were leaving. It was clear no sweeping had been done after the lunch crowd; possibly staff call ins due to illness caused this problem, I hope so and not Red Lobster running its restaurant like this these days. read more
