If you're a hardcore pipe person, that part's a little disappointing. But the vibe overall is great. Rather than feeling welcomed, my partner and I felt uneasy and out of place. This type of decor raises serious questions about how Black patrons are expected to feel in this space. Unfortunately, the environment made it clear that we were not considered or respected, and it ultimately made our experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. He's super sweet and helpful and has a handsome face which is good for customers to see when they first walk in. Because they have a pretty good variety. However, if you're part of their five stars program, take note that if you get a reward, they're only honored IF you spend a certain amount of money. For example, on your app it will say you were rewarded $5 on a non tobacco item and that's all it says. When you go to check out they will tell you that you have to spend $30 to get your reward... it should say that on the app then. Sounds like a rule a money hungry boss would make. Not cool! The guy working tonight was super apologetic and understood my frustration so that was really nice. I may come back just for him!
