They do have pipes, but they're all jammed together in a cabinet, so it's tough to actually see what's there. Definitely could organize or display those better. If you're a hardcore pipe person, that part's a little disappointing. But the vibe overall is great. When I pulled up, there were people outside sipping wine and smoking cigars, and you can hang out inside too. Very chill place to relax with a drink and a cigar. Cool shop, worth checking out -- just not a destination for pipe enthusiasts.

The VMotion is clearly not a torch designed to support a 30 second burn to heat a quartz nail; it's a lighter designed to quickly ignite loose leaf products. I did two sessions with my rig yesterday and, after a balky start, the unit I purchased functioned but burned through its entire fuel reservoir in the 60 seconds I had it running. I tried the unit again tonight and now it won't even spark into a consistent flame. It's pretty much dead; I've literally had it running for less than 5 total minutes of continuous ignition. I won't hold the retailer accountable for a product it didn't manufacture. I will, however, hold Purple Haze up as not reputable for its staff failing to advise me against a purchase.

Directly across from it was another disturbing portrait depicting a Gullah Geechee man holding a white pie and a whip. Both images were unsettling and offensive. Rather than feeling welcomed, my partner and I felt uneasy and out of place. This type of decor raises serious questions about how Black patrons are expected to feel in this space. Unfortunately, the environment made it clear that we were not considered or respected, and it ultimately made our experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I looked up Polly's online and due to their great reviews; I brought my issue and made it THEIR issue :) best decision ever! Lynn helped me and said she would do her absolute best to untangle the mess of beautiful necklaces that I provided to her. A couple days later I received a text and went into the store. Every tangle was gone. Necklaces were all in separate bags and received a small bill for their time, with a smile. We will certainly take our jewelry purchasing business here when the time comes.
