I actually came back to the salon about 20 minutes after my appointment because the haircut was uneven, and I told you in person that I hated it. It didn't look like any of the photos I showed you -- I asked for long, blended layers - the length to be 2" below my collarbone, and instead my hair was cut into a much shorter bob. The result is at least 5" shorter than what I requested, and the bottom 3" of my hair is very frizzy from the thinning shears. I never get the bottom of my hair layered nor did the pictures I showed you have that style. You also charged me $240 instead of the $160 I was quoted for root color, highlight touch-up, and a haircut -- a 50% upcharge that you said was for extra product. It doesn't make sense that all three services cost $160, but "extra product" alone cost $90 more. This is not blackmail. I waited months hoping you would make it right, but nothing was done. In the meantime, I've had to spend hundreds of dollars on products and tools trying to manage a haircut I didn't ask for -- one I will now be stuck with for a year while it grows out. My review reflects my honest experience so others know what to expect. I would have gladly refrained from posting a review or updated it if my concerns had been handled professionally.

A coworker recommended this place based on Tik Tok and I checked out reviews before booking. I was there for about 4 hours including maybe 5-10 minutes waiting to get started and the wait to sit with the color before washing. There is parking in front and on the side of the building. When you enter, there are a couple of chairs, coat rack, and snacks while you wait. There are 5 or 6 salon chairs plus 2 for washing and I think there was something else in the back. Oh and the bathroom is nice too. The staff are friendly and everyone walked out of there with great hair. I was a little nervous at first because my stylist looks so young and I thought he might not be as experienced, but Dan is one of the top 2 stylists who have worked on my hair across 4 states. We talked through what I wanted with length, style, and color throughout the process. He did a rough cut dry first, worked on partial balyage caramel color, and then finished cut to frame my face. He and a woman washed my hair. Both were very gentle, which I appreciate. In the end, the length is just right, the color is gorgeous and even spread, and he curled my tips for a very pretty look. My only complaint is I didn't have anywhere to go afterwards to show off my hair, so I had to text everyone a picture :-) KUDOS TO DAN!!

Reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere inside. Parking can possibly be difficult if you go on a particularly busy night in Langhorne. Usually there are spots behind the salon and if full there is always street parking. Cash only for tips.

On other occasions I was late, maybe 10 minutes, and because of road construction and a train that I had to wait for..which is not their fault nor mine...but they completely canceled the appointment made no accommodations. Very very very disappointing and even though the cut and color is good , I am going to refuse to give my business to them and find somewhere else. I am sure it won't matter in the long run , but when a hair cut is a treat and I go out of my way to plan my day around it or make it on a day I have off of work to be able to take my daughter and am just met with Oops!
