My 82 year old mom quite frankly did not understand why the company installed a 3 zone system on a 4 zone irrigation sprinkler system already in the ground. Not surprisingly, an entire sprinkler zone was not working. The owner Jake returned the phone call and immediately started yelling, and screaming like an unhinged lunatic. Instead of trying to understand what information I was asking for he started screaming and using foul language. It was a rather frightening experience on the telephone, and Jake the owner seemed to lack any control over his anger. I've read some of the glowing recommendations from other people and it makes me wonder if maybe he's normal when everything goes his way but when confronted with potential problems who knows what this explosive guy is capable of.

I am very disappointed with this pest control company. Over the past six months, I have called the office several times to report that the treatments were not working. I even requested a fogging treatment to help eliminate the pests, but my request was denied. The contract states that the service is under warranty, yet I never felt that my concerns were taken seriously. Another issue is communication. The company told me they would provide at least 24 hours' notice before each quarterly service appointment, but I never received any phone calls or emails. On July 13, 2026, a technician arrived without any prior notice. Later, I was told I had reached the maximum number of service visits, even though I had already paid my contract in full. When I spoke with Greg, the manager, I explained that I was unhappy because I had been paying for over a year and still had an ongoing pest problem. Instead of listening, he repeatedly talked over me and dismissed my concerns. He told me that it is "normal" to have pests in Florida and suggested that because I am from New York, I don't understand that. While I understand Florida has more insects than New York, that is exactly why I hired a professional pest control company. I expected the company to reduce and control the pest problem, not tell me that it is normal. Only after I told them I wanted to cancel my service did they offer to send someone out for another treatment. At that point, I had already lost confidence in the company. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Good customer service means listening to customers, honoring the terms of the contract, communicating properly before appointments, and standing behind the service when treatments are not effective.
