Rhonda Responded to me the same day when I called, and I had the trees cut 2 days later on my day off. I was desperate but they never took advantage of my desperation and charged me a price that was very fair and I was extremely happy. I have used them in the in 2017 when my tree fell on a roof, and I never forgot them. I referred them to my neighbor next door and she is thrilled with this company also. Overall lost faith in general in contractors, but All Family Tree service is family owned and treats you like family, (the old-fashioned way) I am so glad to find that there are still good people working honest businesses wanting to make the customer happy and doing what the family loves to do. I recommend this tree service very highly. Thank you very much!

In need of an arborist, not just the run of the mill tree service that's a dime o' dozen here…read more Found them from their website where they say they are all arborists (see picture). The woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful, but found out that the estimator and the crew are NOT arborists and the only thing they do in regards to "an arborist" is write a letter if a tree needs removal. I'm glad I asked the questions because when I said, "I want an arborist to come to my property" she simply said, "okay, I'll send your information to the estimator to get you scheduled." Definitely false advertising and an annoyance.

When Crystal stopped by and offered a free estimate yesterday, I was thrilled because we'd known for a while that our big oak tree needed major help. Miles stopped by and gave us a very fair estimate for the work that was being done and we had a crew out first thing this morning. We had 4 trees trimmed including the massive oak tree which had ginormous branches dangerously close to the house, 4 smaller trees removed and all the related cleanup. Justin (the owner) and his crew did an amazing job and were done in just about 5 hours including having to work around the weather. I'm super thrilled with the work and the professionalism they showed. Even when part of my fence had to be removed so the cherry picker could get on the property, it was put back exactly as it was before they came. We will definitely be using Arborist Doctor, LLC for future tree trimming and grounds clearing.

We had a team of four complete the job with two (including the owner) up on the roof manually trimming the oak branches. They came around 9:15AM and finished the job within 3 hours. They were even kind enough to clean out the gutters for us -- which i cannot even begin to tell you what a help that was. Everyone was extremely prompt and professional from start to finish.
