Needless to say, I was still satisfied with my outcome. Well the next day I find out that she used our private conversation as a platform to bad mouth me on Facebook. She screenshot our private messages and posted me in her Facebook group with unprofessional and classless comments. Now I'm not an expert at owning a business, but I would say that it's quite important to uplift those that are customers and could potentially bring business your way. I would not recommend her to anyone. Use someone else with more class!

Edit( March 2018): I had a three star review but dropped it to one star due to the fact that they contacted my mother-in-law to complain about my three star review instead of contacting myself or my wife. Very unprofessional. Edit 2(Oct 14, 2019): she reached out after almost two years asking for a review. I instantly got flashbacks to our terrible experience with Phancy Photo Booth. I think we are finally we are at the point where we can laugh about how bad it was. Edit 3(October 15, 2019): Cathy is sending me emails in the middle of the night trying to start drama in my family or something saying that she overheard my wife and I's families talking bad about us.
