Cliff Satterfield, the "President" is "aware of the situation" accorded to my call to the store today, but he won't call me to discuss it. No call, no apology, no explanation. Anyone/company dismissive of a customer in the face of a complaint has no business being in business. Do not risk your precious family memories being lost by MPI.
