They''ll tell you what you want to hear to get the business and then switch it up. When payments are due, prorates, and monthly "insurance" cost have all changed depending on who I speak to. My second issue is the lay out of the his place. It appears to be on top of the hill (S. Kingshighway) but once you get behind the gates, it looks as if they dug a hole to build these sheds in. Condensation is terrible and mold is an issue if you're storing clothes especially !! I don't know how the place doesn't flood. Or maybe it does, hence the "insurance". I didn't stick around long enough to find out.

You are encouraged to bring back unused boxes AND you are able to bring back your used boxes so others can use them. I did both. I would say that the truck I used to move up to STL was in better shape, with lower mileage. It was a 15 ft truck and I actually enjoyed driving it. The 10 foot short distance one does have higher miles on it. I used that one in town to storage. Regardless, my experience was positive and I would do it again. (Hard to say about moving!)

We got back into our vehicle and drove around the back of the building. As we approached the opposite side, we saw two trucks being cleaned. There was a small lane between them and a row of trailers. I had room so I slowly and carefully began to pull through. Suddenly two employees jump out, flag us down and onw began to LITERALLY SCREAM AT ME when i rolled my window down. He's yelling that it's not a road and cut through and I needed to back up. Interspersed through his screaming were many foul curse words. I told him -I'm driving slowly and not cutting though-just trying to find an open door. We said there was absolutely no reason for him to come screaming and cursing at us. He finally calmed himself down and gave a rather insincere apology. His behavior is what turns customers away. There were amlion ways he could have handled it in a professional manner. Needless to say- we only had a small purchase to make but won't go there. I will never shop somewhere where I'm am spoken to in such a manner.
