Admittedly, I didn't initally want to eat here. From the outside it just didn't look great, however after walking around for about ten minutes I concluded that there wasn't much choice and I just needed to pick somewhere - and so I chose the Red Cup Cafe.
I should not have worried like I did - inside it is very pleasant, and the staff are very friendly and polite and attentive. I went with a typical full english breakfast and found it to be very good quality - in particular the chips tasted really nice and the sausages were great! I felt that the full english was a little more than you'd expect to pay in these sort of cafes throughout London, however this may have just been down to the area which very clearly was home to a lot of very rich people...! As well as the breakfasts I also saw some people get sandwiches which actually looked really good though I did not try one myself.
If you're looking for a good english breakfast and you're in the area, I would recommend you give this place a try. read more
