After seeing her weekly, she has equipped us and given us tools that not only have made our marriage stronger in all areas but also made us better people. Her office is very warm and inviting with a comfy couch to sit on. Her door is always open welcoming you. She has never once judged us or made us feel ashamed/guilty for any of our actions. She likes to give fun, easy to do homework throughout the week so you can really accomplish your goals. She is a brilliant communicator and question-asker. She really sees each person's side of things and helps the other understand. She is professional in all areas and her schedule is flexible -- she's awesome to work with. I can honestly say I have never left regretting seeing her. Finally, her prices are so affordable! You never feel like you're breaking the bank to see her. She GENUINELY wants to see you succeed in every area. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. I was skeptical at first but now I am a huge fan of counseling. You will not regret seeing her. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, ANGELIE. Because of you, our marriage and future are looking bright!

Individualized treatment is provided based on each person or couples' needs. My main orientations include: Cognitive Behavioral-Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, and Family Systems. Interventions include recognizing unhealthy thinking patterns, reframing self-limiting talk, developing emotional coping cards, utilizing principles of mindfulness and guided imagery exercises to reduce anxiety or depression. I teach couples to recognize faulty communication patterns and replace them with clear and decisive statements. I provide strategies to reduce conflict. I show couples how to make emotional connections, which increases relational happiness. Courage, trust, and strength are the pillars we all possess but rarely see in ourselves. Over the past seven years I have been lucky enough to receive some of the best therapy offered by a…read morewide variety of clinicians and Tracey is one of the worst by far. Our first phone interview went great and I went in feeling very optimistic. After the first session I felt a little self-conscious based off her responses to a few things but I decided to go back and give it another shot. At the next session I felt like she was talking down to me while also being very judgmental about the way I perceive the world. (I don't perceive it in this way by choice, it's actually why I wanted help in therapy!) Again though, something made me give her another shot. Finally at session three I knew it wasn't going to work. While I was intrigued by some of the techniques she was using, she went SO religious. It was inappropriate and uncomfortable. I sat there with so much to say, however due to my anxiety I couldn't say anything. I listened to it and it went on and on until I had to dissociate. In the prior sessions I already thought Tracey crossed the line politically, but this was a whole new level. Due to my personal issues I couldn't end the therapeutic relationship right away and had a few more sessions with Tracey. Each time the political and religious conversations were near unbearable. I am a religious person and Tracey came close to actually ruining that for me. In those sessions she made me feel like a terrible person and like my relationship with God was "not how it was supposed to be" or downright WRONG. It was miserable. While something about Tracey made me keep going back initially, in no way do I recommend her as a therapist. Tracey may be great in a church setting or with a very specific individual, however someone with diagnosed mental illness should seek other care. Tracey believes God will fix it all, which is an opinion, but not one that should be preached about in psychotherapy. For nearly $200 I will take my money to someone who is willing to work with me to reach my goals with actionable steps, not just throwing up a prayer. Tracey, I apologize for giving you such a low rating, however you shouldn't call yourself a therapist. Your sense of religious superiority is inappropriate and very uncomfortable. I came to you a client for my diagnosed DSM5 Mental Illnesses and instead left feeling like I am not doing life/religion "right". Shame on you. I pray you can appropriately market yourself for the sake of others.

She blew her lid, giving examples of problems with the other candidate and the "hypocrisy" of everyone who ignored their flaws. However, that does not mean they are not good. I have taken all kinds of antibiotics that seemingly have not done any good except to mess up my system. Dr. Paravicini decided to take my situation on even when my insurance did not cover a naturopath docter. She so graciously accepted payments from me. After reviewing my latest labwork, she informed me the last antibiotic would not kill the bacteria within my body and gave me a new one that I had never heard of. After taking this new one the required amount of time, I am free of my long term plague,(UTI). It is truly a miracle and words cannot express how grateful I am to Natalie! She is very knowledgable smart. She also treated me for yeast which fuels a UTI. In all the 3 years, no docter has even talked about it, much less treated me for it! She has wonderful staff working at her clinic! you should definately give her a try! Thanks, Ann F.
