However, that does not mean they are not good. I have taken all kinds of antibiotics that seemingly have not done any good except to mess up my system. Dr. Paravicini decided to take my situation on even when my insurance did not cover a naturopath docter. She so graciously accepted payments from me. After reviewing my latest labwork, she informed me the last antibiotic would not kill the bacteria within my body and gave me a new one that I had never heard of. After taking this new one the required amount of time, I am free of my long term plague,(UTI). It is truly a miracle and words cannot express how grateful I am to Natalie! She is very knowledgable smart. She also treated me for yeast which fuels a UTI. In all the 3 years, no docter has even talked about it, much less treated me for it! She has wonderful staff working at her clinic! you should definately give her a try! Thanks, Ann F.

My caring doctor at the Baskin Clinic caught a potentially life-threatening illness. She closely guided me through the ER, hospitalization, and follow-up care. Over the years I have worked with numerous doctors, both as as a inpatient and outpatient RN, and now my primary care doctor stands out as exceptional. Let me first say that Dr. J (Dr. J Rosenbloom) is top notch. He clearly cares about the kids, and…read moreinforms the parents. He speaks like a parent to me, not a doctor who knows a whole lot more than me. Anytime I have brought him a concern, he never says or implies "that's a stupid question" or demeans me for asking it. He takes the time to really engage and explain everything. To me, that means the world because he cares for the two most important people in my world. I have met several of the nurses and they are always a pleasure to work with. I was actually really warmed by speaking to the triage nurse over the phone because she was SO kind, reassuring and answered EVERY question I had when I called in. When you're worried about your kiddo, THAT is exactly the kind of reassurance you need. I also really liked the emergency docs we have seen the two times we came in on emergent visits and didn't get to see Dr. J. I don't recall the names of the doctors we saw, but they were both female and both excellent. I appreciate that the medical staff is top notch. The staff in administration, is another story. I have never dealt with being billed for my "patient responsibility" and not having the front ask if I want to pay my balance when I check out; but getting a "collection letter." I got a statement requesting payment and 2 days later got a past due letter. I was less than pleased about that. They also seem to be a bit clueless on how to speak to people on the phone when they call in to schedule. If they could get the administration and billing staff to get it together and for the love of all things good, be professional to parents calling in, I could give them 5 stars. But the admin right now is just not the same level of excellence that the medical staff is.

Patient & Attentive | Excellent Services | Dr Gaby is awesome!…read more I've been going to my primary care physician (PCP) for a long time, but what brought me to this place was a friend referring me to see her naturopath, Dr. Gaby Carter. I'm so glad I took the chance to see Dr. Gaby because I've got nothing but great things to say about her and this practice! Dr Gaby is very knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and so easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable coming here and never rushed or pressured to do something I don't feel comfortable doing. I did blood tests at my PCP that came back normal, but Dr. Gaby took extra steps to figure out what was causing my health concerns. She explained at great length how my results were in the normal range but rather low. She pointed out how stress affects my digestion and other parts of my body. She took the time to illustrate the important connection between mind and body because it affects our overall health. She suggested I take some natural supplements to help bring my levels back to where they're supposed to be, and after taking them for a few weeks I've felt and noticed the difference. I've made important changes to my lifestyle and am happy I did so now before things got worse later. Front desk staff is always friendly and positive. I enjoy coming to this place and always feel at ease. I'm quite thankful we have this place in town and wished I came here sooner! Scheduling a new appointment is quick and easy. I don't have to wait months! They offer a variety of services: massages, skincare services, naturopathic cancer care, special labs, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, weight/diabetes management, nutrition therapy, LED light therapy, sports physicals, pain relief therapy, pain management, addiction medicine.

Please stay away, for your own sake. I have a history of traumatic brain injuries and saw Dr…read more Kleronomos after developing Long Covid. I had trouble finding specialists, and was glad to finally see someone with experience treating my conditions. At first glance, online, Dr. Kleronomos looks legit (of course, there are still plenty of red flags if you look closely). But at the time, I didn't see the negative reviews and I went into the appointment with high hopes. After describing in detail how this illness shattered my life, how it's worse than 5 concussions combined, he decided -- in the middle of the appointment -- to take off his mask. He was seated feet away from me and seemed puzzled when I asked him to put it back on. This was during the summer wave of 2022. Cases were extremely high, and masks were still required in all healthcare settings. Unfortunately, this was only the second most traumatic thing he did during the appointment. All I feel comfortable sharing publicly about the rest of what happened is that I'm still in therapy over what he did to me. I filed a complaint with the medical board because people like him should at least have to answer to somebody. Of course, like most medical institutions, the response was inadequate. Not exactly change makers at the medical board. However, they did issue a letter of concern for his medical file. And they don't do that for every case. Dr. Klerenomos' response to this review will be predictably dismissive and defensive. He'll hide behind the medical board decision, and pretend it was vindication. But he and I know what happened that day. And he'll have to live with the guilt of knowing that his story may change but the truth never does. Please, if you are sick and out of options, go anywhere but here. I'm saying something publicly because if it means one person is spared the trauma of him, I will rest easier. You may think you're at rock bottom. But I wish someone had warned me that seeing Dr. Kleronomos would be the worst day of my life.
