So... when I let them know, they sent someone out to fix, followed by a bill for 5x the original amount to prune the whole tree! Then they planted some rhododendrons in the front flower bed, the first died within 30 days. They replaced, then billed me. Shortly followed by that one and its twin dying. Quick google search and rhododendrons should not be planted in hot afternoon sun. We quibbled and settled on a bill, but life is too short. too bad, I really wanted to like these guys. Local, 3 blocks out my back door. Am getting a makeover on my backyard in the next few months, which will require repositioning of stone pavers(6-8k) Wish I could hire them...

They provided great ideas for the landscaping concept and perfectly handled the execution of the work. Their team was reliable and detail oriented--asking for clarification when it was needed. They even cleaned up and carted away some of the detritus, rocks, and leftover topsoil we had accumulated from our prework (which created the blotch on the bottom of our driveway--that was from us, not them).
