And I can say, after living here for over a year or so due to work, this place had us spoiled. First it has a pool, a gym with so much equipment, on site propane, mailroom, full bathrooms with walk-in showers, a theater room, a bar, plenty of washer and dryers with laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen and a community area to host parties. I'm sure I'm leaving out a few other things but they have so much to offer. Each lot has so much space in between the next. Enough space to place a grill, full patio set, fire pit, and raised beds. It is also fairly quiet in the front even though you are close to the highway. Every once and a while you will hear a motorcycle or vehicle but it dies down quickly afterwards. It's about 5 miles or so from I-20 and may 2-3 miles from town. The police department and sheriff's office are less that 2 miles away. But with being so close to everything it is still surrounded by two huge cow fields.

I visited their RV Resort when they first got it ready for people to bring their RVs and stayed a few days. I was so shocked to read the reviews on them of people that have never stayed there. They rented a spot to someone that they felt like they were helping. Daryl and Karen are great Christian people. Please don't let the reviews stop you from staying in their park because one person didn't respect their rules for their park. They run a legitimate business with more than fair prices. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!!!
