    24oz Strawberry and Ingeolmi bingsu

Very friendly service and the bingsu ice was so smooth and yummy. Can't wait to go back and try the other things they have there

A refreshing and tasty desert option! So glad a bingsu place opened up near by. It is located in a shopping center with adequate parking. The place is very clean with tables as well as stools along the back. You can order at the counter or the kiosk. We tried the matcha, the mango and the chocolate flavors. The portions were very generous and they give you a lot of toppings. The ice is shaved very fine like snow. I only wish the ice was flavored more like some of the other bingsu places I've been to. It was very refreshing and I will be back to try some of their other flavors and treats.

Stopped by for some shaved ice! We wanted a "small" and didn't realize how much 24oz is! It was still good; we ordered the mango so the snow was made of coconut milk which was a good combo with the mango.

Go here. My daughter had been itching for me to take her here, so off we go! This place is clean, courteous, and makes reasonably charged providing a popular overseas brand of Japanese confections. RB uses Anko, which is a sweet red bean paste that is has a subtle sweetness merged with the rich warm "waffleesque" dough. The Anko is the"Red Bean." The "Bungeo-ppang(fish shaped buns/taiyaki" are a tasty, fun, cheap, bite size pastry similar to a mini eclair, that Red Bean specializes in. They are 4 for $5 and get cheaper if you buy more. They come in 4 varieties: custard filled, chocolate filled, red bean(Anko) filled, or sweet potato filled. The beverages available are a delicious variety of teas, lemonades, bobas. I had a blueberry lemonade and it came with blueberry flavoring , fresh blueberries and dried blueberries mixed in it. It was like $7 or so for a drink and well worth it for flavor, quality, and amount. Solid deal! The "Bing-Su" is a shaved ice similar to Hawaiian shave ice, but with milk instead of traditional ice. They layer it with one to two layers of shaved milk ice with wafers or fruit, in a sort of parfait treat. Decadent and fun. The "Ddujounku" was my least favorite being a chilled chewy Dubai chocolate confection and was just a bit too chewy for me, but otherwise was delicious flavor. I also want to point out the staff were very courteous, engaging, and even gave my daughter a special treat while being genuinely courteous and engaging with the patrons. Kudos to great service.

I love this place. Without asking they offered a sample of the milk ice. Delicious! If I lived here, I'd be back often. The environment is simple but clean. I'd rather have clean and boring than exciting and filthy.

Finally--Korean bingsu in Santa Clarita! This adorable husband-and-wife café is tucked inside the shopping complex next to One Bite Dumpling, and it's such a gem. We tried the mango and strawberry bingsu (both made less sweet). The strawberry was incredibly flavorful and fresh, while the mango had a light coconut touch that made it super refreshing. Loved both! The sweetest part? The owner noticed our kids and treated them to hodu-gwaja and taiyaki--such a thoughtful gesture. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

3/10/2026: My 94 year old Momma Kiki has been waiting for Red Bean to open for a month, and tonight was our first visit after having dinner next door at One Bite Dumpling. The owner William and I assume his daughter was at the counter (?) could not be more friendly and welcoming! The interior is bright, open and immaculate! They have tables and chairs to dine in if you don't want to take out. I love the way they have their menu items presented on the walls, and they have a large tablet in front for ordering.. it you can still order at the counter "old school" if you prefer. On the menu, they have taiyaki but not the traditional hand-sized type you might have seen before. These are smaller, two-bite taiyaki with assorted fillings and they should all be sampled! They also have a "walnut cookie" with red bean filling that is adorable and delicious when fresh and hot. We shared a small Injeolmi Bingsu and it couldn't be cuter! Their package branding is Tiffany blue with their little fish logo. From their boxes for the taiyaki to the bands around the plastic cups.. and the takeout bags (I neeeed one of those!) they're doing great marketing. The only constructive criticism I could give would be, the taller cylindrical cups for the Bingsu are more difficult to eat from, especially if sharing. I'm used to shallow bowls with a wider top to "dig in"! But it's not a deal breaker. If you're used to Japanese kintoki shaved ice desserts or Hawaiian shave ice, this is a little different. It's shaved fine like snow, but it isn't ice made with water. Bingsu has a blend in it before frozen and shaved, and I like it! Come in, introduce yourself to William and family and say HI! Taste something new and delicious! They're closed on Mondays but are otherwise open until 10pm.

My boyfriend and I recently tried Red Bean for the first time, and we were incredibly impressed! The customer service was top tier, and the shop itself was beautiful, welcoming, and spotless. The desserts were absolutely delicious. My boyfriend is Korean and is always looking for authentic Korean spots to try in the area, and Red Bean definitely did not disappoint. Everything we tried was amazing, and it has quickly become our new favorite dessert spot. We're especially obsessed with the sweet potato fish pastry (the pink fish)! It was so unique and delicious. We'll definitely be back and can already see ourselves becoming regulars. Highly recommend Red Bean to anyone looking for a great dessert experience!

The shaved iced was yummy not too sweet. Good amount of strawberries! Also ordered the taiyaki with four different filling choices. Custard, chocolate, red bean and sweet potato. You order on a kiosk and can choose your food items. Service was fast. Ambiance is very nice and clean. Recommend for a treat yourself kind of day!

Finally, a Korean Bingsu and bung-o-ppang mom-and-pop cafe in Santa Clarita!!! Located at Lyons and Waxman (across the street from OLPH Church), I've been here twice now....the first time, I had four pieces of bite-size bung-o-ppang, two filled with red bean, the other two filled with custard. The second time, I had the strawberry Bingsu. They certainly delivered both times....a very welcoming atmosphere, quick and efficient service, and delicious treats. Many more visits to come!! 감사합니다~~

The staff here was super nice and the shaved ice was great!! I got the chocolate but the mango seems to be the most popular one.

    Mayra C.

I tried the Original Hodu with cream and the choco cream both absolutely delicious!!! Also tried the Mango bing su and Matcha bing su both were good but I feel like a needs a little more sweetness or maybe adding some of the fruit at the bottom so it won't be just flavorless shaved ice. Service was excellent! The place is bright and clean.

The Mango Bing Su was soooo good! Super yummy, refreshing, and full of sweet mango flavor. The snow ice was soft and creamy, and the toppings made it even better. Definitely a perfect treat and worth coming back for!

You don't feel like you're eating shaved ice! You feel like you're eating a fluffy cloud! When you walk in, you are greeted by kiosks where you place your order. You don't have much interaction with the staff other than than they calling out your number when your order is ready Only downside is they were playing music way too loud! The store itself had maybe 1-2 other parties inside... but the music was too loud we practically had to yell at each other to MAYBE hear the person right next to us. I definitely was not a fan of that vibe. The dessert itself though was phenomenal

For those driving here, we did notice it was connected to small parking structure. Upon entering the front, there were 2 kiosks. We had no interaction with staff. There was no customization with the selections and there was no one to ask. For instance the mango shaved snow came with the melon. I wanted the strawberry shaved snow with the melon balls but they didn't have that option. When you order additional toppings, they leave it on the side. Not visually appealing at all. My niece and I shared the Strawberry Shaved Ice ($18.99) and added Mochi ($2.50) and Melon Balls ($4.25). After you order from the kiosk, you seat yourself and they'll call your number when your order ready. I really like their shaved ice here because the ice is creamy and flavored before they shave it so it's extra flavorful and creamy. It's just really expensive for what it is and especially pricey when you want additional ingredients. Most other shaved ice businesses will allow multiple ingredients for a portion of the cost. One thing that was weird is how it came in a plate instead of a bowl shaped container. Eat quick and make sure it doesn't tip over. I'm so torn because I like the product after the addition of more toppings, but I'm not sure it's worth the price. Also no staff interaction and lacking customization makes my experience as a customer frustrating and limited. Not sure if I would come back.

With plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping plaza, this small shaved ice and boba shop may be the only shaved ice in the area. I haven't really searched for any others because Brian's always gets the job done. I remember this was one of the first shops, back in the day, that had the dole whip ("they have the dole whip that Disneyland has!!") and people used to come for that. Now you can get dole whip anywhere but those were good times. They haven't expanded on the size, but they've kept this place up and the service is still excellent. Every time I come in, the seats are clean, if people aren't sitting in them and the vibe is cool. I used to always order a shaved ice, but lately, my oldest and I have been into their boba drinks. My youngest always get a shaved ice with 3 flavors and he loves some sour spray. My oldest always gets a milk tea boba and I switch off between all the milk tea boba flavors. This time I went with the jasmine milk tea and I wasn't feeling that one as much. I am a fan of lavender, caramel, taro, Thai and chai, and my goal is to ultimately try them all. I highly recommend Brian's after all of these years and make sure to grab a stamp card. If you have kids, it'll fill up fast! 10 stamps gets you a free item! OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros

It's just a lil hidden in the corner. I'm glad bc it's def gonna become one of my go-to's now. Ive been here twice and it def gets busy around lunch time, not many seats were available when we went here around 12pm. But I'm glad business seems to be doing well bc it's a cute place. Cozy little spot with great food and bingsu! They absolutely nail the fluffy snow-like texture of Korean shaved ice. Portions are pretty big so I'd say stick to either getting food or shaved ice bc I have a pretty big appetite but couldn't finish either! And it's a lil hard to store bingsu in the freezer since it's prone to becoming completely frozen if you leave it in there too long. It won't have the fluffy melt in your mouth texture anymore. So eat as soon as your can even if you take it to-go (they pack them in drink cups with lids if you order to-go). I've had the matcha, Oreo, mango, and original flavors. They're all good but I'd rank original last bc I was expecting a lore more injeolmi powder like ive seen in pics + the flavors were too subtle for me (I did order with oat milk however so that can be where I went wrong). I'd say Oreo was my fave of all that ive tried. Only the ones with a white base are available with dairy-free options btw, so matcha and Oreo can't be made dairy-free. They appear to have seasonal flavors as well. The panini was very good. My partner called it prob the best smelling sandwich he's had LOL. I'm excited to try their drinks and other sandwiches next time!
