The line was starting to back up for a drop off, and he checked in with each car to see what was needed. He was able to route people to the correct spot to shorten the wait time. I pulled into the bay and Bryan and another worker unloaded my aluminum items quickly, and brought me my receipt to go to the cashier. The cashier handed me my money and the whole transaction happened rapidly. Bryan went above and beyond helping me, as he even offered to recycle the cardboard lining my vehicle. He also shared that the company is doing a coat drive until December 31. Highly recommend Didion Orf!

I questioned the weight they had a guy go back and looked at the pile and he said he put it in a scale and showed me a pic that was only I think 158 pounds and said I got a deal I know that I had 400 plus pounds but they already dumped it off the skid so I was screwed so buyer beware you would probably be better off taking your scrap someplace else. What also was strange was tars on my truck was 120 pounds lighter today than yesterday I could understand a few pounds but not 120 pounds

Yes an idiot puts his recycling in non-recyclable garbage bags... But, I can still put in rinsed plastic, cans and glass. I know Missouri is far away from oceans and we don't get the message that China and Mexico is refusing to accept or contaminated recycling... BUT PLEASE TRY Look at the signs and do as they say. I restore cars and motorcycles on the side, so I have had my fair share of those douchebags from other scrapyards. I am always surprised when I am greeted and helped by someone who bathes regularly and has a smile on their face. That's why I keep coming back to Midwest Recyclers. The prices are a bit higher than the rest, but their customer service and cleanliness speaks wonders.
