Quotes low and gives a little discount then makes it up by gouging and padding travel time and time on site. She then told me (only after i confronted her about the high bill ) that I had hazardous articles that had to go to a different dump - I watched them load the trailer via cctv cameras played it back and guess what no oil containers . Then i questioned the dump fees and i asked to see the dump bill so she sent a copy with lower fee than she had stated (tried padding that also ) and she clipped the dump facility name and address off the reciept so I couldn't confirm that anything went to the farther away facility ( nice try Shelley but you missed the part lower on the receipt where it said the dump facilty, also had the time in and out (21 minutes) not the hour you said it took you to sort . We eventually did AGREE on a lower fee and I paid it but now she is hounding us for the difference and demanding 120% per year interest rate ( which by the way is a criminal offence) . She should know that a non contract allowable interest rate on an invoice is only 4% per Year ! Horrible horrible experience, we are seniors yes, but not the stupid seniors she thought we were.
