Yes, he is that good. He is my realtor for 2 years and handled three separate transactions for me successfully and timely for my 4-bedroom single family home in Northern Virginia. He located my first year renter on the second day when the house was on the market. Then he located my 2nd year renter prior to the house on the market. Further impressive, he found me the buyer offering a full price on the first day the house on the market. We closed the house in 21 days. Who can beat his record? This is not coincident. It is his skills, his effectiveness and his critical thinking. As his client, I reap the benefit through and through. Ah, BTW, he has a whole crew support him so you get more than just him. That's a strong force you would like to have when you are ready to sell or rent your house. Mike was with me and had my best interest in mind at all times. That impressed me. For instance, I was ready to pay workmen for whatever work they rendered. He would prompt workmen insightful questions that I would never have thought about. And further he would negotiate the good deals with workmen as he was dealing this for himself. I treated him as my business partner and appreciated his brilliant advice. He is a very logical thinker and smart in many important ways (e.g. set the right price point, know what needs to press and what to let go, etc.). We worked very well together. He never stepped on my toes but was always there to support me 100%. I wish I had more houses for him to sell/rent or house to buy. On the other hand, for those who need a really really GOOD realtor. The building is immaculately maintained, the management staff are all super friendly and available 24/7 to help with whatever I've needed, and their buildings are located right on the red line. I deliberated over 10-15 different apartments throughout the city, and came close to renting a studio right on DuPont Circle, and I'm glad I went with the Woodley Park location instead. Utilities are included, they made moving in a snap, the laundry facilities were just updated (and less costly than any other building/ management property had quoted), the gym has new equipment, the unit itself is massive, I can go on and on.. I snagged a random, price-reduced unit and they helped me to coordinate my move within two weeks, and were very accommodating of my schedule. I've barely been at my apartment since, and the whole management staff already knows my name, and is super engaging. My only regret is not signing a 2-year lease with them. I doubt I'll move out come lease end!

Then a several month long adventure started which involved both her and us scanning the market for suitable properties, exchanging e-mails every couple of days with potentially interesting houses, and meeting at least once, sometimes several times a week to visit the really interesting ones. In that process, we found Djana to be very flexible and accommodative to arrange the property visits very quickly. During the visits, she was helpful with advice, pointing us at pros and cons of the individual properties without ever pushing for us to go for any of them, but rather waiting for our reaction. Even after many visits (and quite many turndowns for one of the other reasons) she was always friendly, jolly and very professional. She also showed us some properties which were not yet in the market, which was great. When it came to making offers, she was helpful guiding us, delivering comparables to help us get an understanding of the fair market value of the property, and also sharing with us her views about how best to approach the seller (delivering a lowball offer in some cases, being more aggressive in others, etc.) as well as explaining to us at length the ins and outs of the purchase contract and what to be mindful of. After submitting the offers, she did timely follow up with the seller's agents and share the information with us. Finally, after we eventually signed a contract, she did a great job in following up with the whole pre-settlement process helping us to keep up with all the signatures and documents which need to be delivered. We can only recommend Djana as a top real estate agent: professional, friendly and really fun to work with. It was a pleasure working with her and we will definitely come back to her whenever we want to buy or sell a property in DC.
