There is a ton of scar tissue from the injury and without treatment my back swells up from wear and tear (exercising, which is a need for me). Who is this?!?" I'm attaching the screenshot of this exchange. For a massage therapist that indicates on their website that they treat clients with dignity and respect, this response to someone reaching out to your business for the very first time is very unprofessional and contradictory to what they proclaim their values are.
