I was referred to Jackie by another massage therapist from my Physical Therapist's office. I called her within an hour of getting the referral to schedule a much needed appointment. I had pulled a muscle in my upper back and the pain was too much to deal with for any longer. I could not rotate my head to the left AT ALL and had developed a terrible headache. Jackie did not have any appointments available at first, but then she decided that I should be seen right away. She changed her schedule to accommodate mine. AMAZING! When I arrived, Jackie sat down with me and performed a thorough assessment. She even asked about previous injuries. She then took pictures of me to analyze my posture. After the assessment, the treatment began. Now, Jackie does offer relaxing massages, but I needed something more therapeutic. I am not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable and painful at times (like physical therapy), but the results were amazing. After she was done, my headache was gone, and I could rotate my head without ANY pain. Jackie is incredibly professional.
