Rather than replace the door to replace the door knob, I called Tick Tock who knew exactly what they were doing. They refurbished the mechanism, and they also replaced the dead bolt which was put in more than 30 years ago, incorrectly. They put in a better lock and installed it in a way that makes it more secure. It turned out so good that I had them come over and replace the back door lock.
